  1. Hi Greatorex, I regret to inform you that the evolution from Spritzee to Aromatisse is not yet coded. For a list of evolutions that are not yet coded or are different in PRO, you can check the List of evolutions coded differently in PRO. As your Spritzee is Level 100, there is no guarantee that we can evolve it into an Aromatisse through our method, but feel free to make an evolution request through our Evolution Request Megathread ONCE it gets coded and we'd be happy to evolve it if it is able to through our method.   2. Hi LucHLS, I regret to inform you that we cannot refund or restore anything lost in a crash/rollback. As [mention]STRATEGIST[/mention] has stated, this can be possibly abused if we did restore game data that was lost. You can read here to learn how to minimize your chances of being rolled back. You have stated that you disconnect every time you enter the Safari Zone. If you have a tendency to disconnect often, I would highly suggest the following steps: You should also troubleshoot your connection; although your connection can be generally good, a dead signal every so often can cause you to disconnect from the game completely. You can check out a few guides that I've found and personally use: Quick Windows Networking Fixes (Windows Only) and Troubleshooting with Ping and Traceroutes (Windows, Apple Mac OS X, and Linux supported). Again, you'll want to look out for any ping falls that may indicate an issue with your connection. Lastly, I would recommend troubleshooting your router as it may have malfunctioned.   3. Hi Melden21, It appears you are trying to play PRO from Dubai. Unfortunately, due to poor net neutrality and strict internet censorship in Dubai, the ISPs from the aforementioned country blocks PRO. The only solution is to use a VPN; from my research, VPNs are not entirely illegal in Dubai, and you will only be prosecuted if you commit a federal crime. However, I'm not a law expert or anything of the sort. You may want to read this unbiased guide on Choosing a VPN if you may have other reasons for using one; there are also various articles reviewing popular VPN services that may interest you.   8. Hi Szymczokx, Can you take a look at Calahan's reponse and verify that you do not have the max number of Pokemon in your possession? If you have the max number—which is 900 total Pokemon, as stated in your trainer card—you'll need to release Pokemon before catching more. If the above is not the case, I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to catch the Tympole. You may have lost it in a crash or rollback. Unfortunately, we cannot refund anything lost in a crash or rollback, which you can find more about here. Therefore, you won't receive any reward or compensation for this situation, I'm afraid.   10. Hi Tannkk, Please try to add an exception for the game to your antivirus; it's usually what's deleting files when flagging them as potential threats. The game may have triggered a false positive in your antivirus, thereby deleting the game. Hi crossps, You don't need Rock Climb to seriously progress through the story, although there are a few areas that you need Rock Climb for, mainly: Route 42 in Johto to access the Punch Tutor: Hoenn Safari Area Zone 6 for a Full Restore: Route 207 in Sinnoh, as a shortcut: Route 227 in Sinnoh, to access the newly released Saphirr Boss: You can progress through all regions and successfully complete them without Rock Climb. You will need to do a mini-quest in Shoal Cave—located in Hoenn—north of Mossdeep City on Route 125. To explain what the item does: a Shell Bell is a type of held item that gradually restores HP. Whenever the Pokémon holding it deals damage with a move, it restores HP equal to 1/8 of the damage dealt. It is made from Shoal Shells and Shoal Salts. In order to start this quest, you need to have either a surf mount or a Pokémon that knows HM Surf. I hope this guide helped in obtaining your new Shell Bell. Kind regards, Astraea.
