Hi Algerie31, I'm extremely sorry to hear about your loss of PokeDollars; it appears you crashed whilst in battle with an NPC, which may have forced you to black out, therefore deducting 5% of your PokeDollars. According to what you've said, if you had $14,200,000, five percent of that would be $700,000, which would leave you at around $13,500,000. According to the screenshot you showed me, this appears to have been the case. I'm extremely sorry for your loss, but we do not do refunds on crashes. I must also add that it is not possible to lose money for a crash, unless a major rollback had happened. To avoid crashes and rollbacks, I'd highly suggest looking at the Crash section under the Issue Guide, and also take a look at the Rollback Thread. Hi Eltyyy, Contrary to the previous poster, the membership money bonus does not apply to only NPCs. When you have a membership, your money is indeed increased 2x the normal money-yield rate. With a membership, you have a chance of acquiring anywhere between $0-500 PokeDollars from wild battles, therefore, it is likely that you've gotten a bit unlucky when killing wild Pokemon. I would suggest killing a few more wild Pokemon in Cerulean Cave and look at the money you yield. You will receive anywhere between $0-500. Kind Regards, Astraea.

Hello Wasadasa, As PurpleMauth has stated, your rare candies are safe and will be returned to you once you complete the quest and talk to Buck. When you lose against an NPC, 5% of your current PokeDollars are deducted as a result. When holding large sums of money, be especially careful of this. Hi there, Struggle is a move that every Pokemon can use when none of its moves are usable, although no Pokemon can naturally learn it. Once your Pokemon have run out of PP for its available moves, it will use Struggle when you select any move. Hope this answers your question; have a good rest of your day. Kind Regards, Astraea.

Hi Shanahand, I've looked into your account and it appears that you do have the Old Sea Map in your inventory. It is under your "Key Items"; it appears you were looking under "Misc Items" in your screenshot. You need to talk to Lapras between 12 a.m and 1 p.m PokeTime in order to go to Faraway Island, otherwise Lapras will not take you there. With that said, please try to talk to Lapras during the specified times and let me know if you encounter any more issues. Kind Regards, Astraea.

Hi XeXee, If you're not receiving the registration email: a gmail email is most likely to receive it so trying again with that. If you're already using one of those check your junk mail and then if still nothing, make sure you typed it correctly; it occasionally isn't instant but it shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes. You can also try logging in here here as often it still activates; if you could log in there you should be good to log into the game. P.S. Any username used in a failed registration attempt will be locked for up to 7 days, at which point if still not activated it will become available again. Kind Regards, Astraea.

Hi WhatTheHeck It appears that during the time of your login, the server was down due to lag problems. The Red Server has since been rebooted and should be working properly. Sometimes, other servers can have problems while others are working just fine; this may explain why the Blue Server was working properly despite you not being able to log into Red. Hi DJonasty, Warnings for routine server maintenance are given both in-game and also on the official PRO Discord. Generally, the server will be warned ten minutes prior to maintenance; the server is also locked to prevent players from entering right before maintenance starts. Anytime the server goes down without any warning or official announcement, it is because it was an unexpected crash rather than a planned maintenance; we apologize for the times that the server does go down without notice—we are constantly working on improving the stability of it, but it isn't perfect. Hello HappyHorseDK, This usually happens when you trade a pokémon before its IDs are wholly saved, which take around 2-3min. Unfortunately, you will indeed have to catch a new one, and to avoid having the same issue then, I'd suggest to wait a bit before trading it, or relog regularly to force-save its data. You can find some Deep Sea Tooth on wild Clamperl, Sharpedo and Carvanha as noted in the Items Location topic, or in Love Island's rock smash stones. Reminder that, in order to go to Love Island, you need to: Catch 120 Pokémons native from Kanto (from range #1-#151) Get 38 evolved data Talk to the Love Sailor at Vermilion City Docks, and pay the fee of $5,000 Sorry again for your inconvenience; since nothing more can be done, I will hereby lock this topic.
