  1. Hello everyone; sorry for the inconvenience: The server is currently down and will be back up shortly. As mentioned in the Read this before making a General Support topic, here's a way to troubleshoot whenever you get hit by a "Cannot cannot to server" message: -[/hr] Please note that, when servers go up after a crash, a large amount of people try to log in, resulting in a ghost queue: Again, we're sorry for the inconvenience and we're working on getting the servers back up. Have a great rest of your week, and thank you for your patience! - Answered -
  2. Hi, Firstly, thank you for donating to the project! We're extremely sorry that you weren't immediately credited your coins; keep it mind it may take up to 24 hours to receive the coin credits in-game after donating. If after waiting 24 hours and the coins still haven't appeared on your account, please make a thread in the Donations and Coin Issues subforum, where an admin will credit the coins to your account. (You will need screenshots or a transaction number indicating that you did donate). I will lock this thread now and urge you to make a new thread in the correct subforum should this problem persist; we will happily assist you there (for privacy purposes). Kind Regards, Astraea.
  3. It appears you have been given back your Masterballs and rare candies from Buck since, therefore I'm locking this thread as solved. 祝你有美好的一天! Kind Regards, Astraea. - Solved -

  5. Hi Goriak, The easiest way to obtain a Dragon Scale would be to simply buy one off another player through Trade chat, or to purchase them with PvP Coins, as it only takes five wins. The second method would be to obtain them from wild Pokemon. Dragon scales do have a chance of being held by certain wild Pokemon species, however, this only applies to certain maps. I regret to inform you that Horsea in Vermilion City do not hold Dragon Scales. If you use the Reborn Bot in the official PRO Discord, you can use the following command: ^item dragon scale With this command, you will be given a list of all the locations wild Horsea and Seadra may possibly hold the item at. The closest spawns in which Horsea can possibly hold a Dragon Scale would be Fuchsia City, Route 17, Route 19, and Route 26. I must add, by using a Pokemon with the move Covet or Thief, you are able to 'steal' a wild Pokemon's item without having to capture them. This will save you a lot of balls in the process. I would highly recommend using a Pokemon with the ability Frisk, and teaching it either Covet or Thief. (Some common Pokemon that accomplish this are Sentret and Wigglytuff). With the ability Frisk, your Pokemon will be able to see what type of item the enemy Pokemon is holding, which allows you to detect if the opposing Pokemon is holding a Dragon Scales. If the enemy Pokemon does hold an item, a battle message will appear telling you the name of the item. As for your question regarding the daily quest, you can look at the Celadon Daily Quest Guide for more information. Let me know if you have anymore questions, and have a great day! Kind Regards, Astraea.
  6. Glad to hear your question has been answered! In the future, I highly suggest using Ctrl+F when looking at the list to find a specific move quickly. (If you don't know keyboard shortcuts, take a look at this article). Will now lock this topic as solved. - Locked -
  7. Hi Bowan, Ontop of MadTrainer's response, here are other benefits of membership, as listed on the wiki: Although, the Black Medallion is not a membership, with its only affect increasing the chance of a wild Pokemon inheriting its hidden ability. It is a separate thing from the three other Membership Medallions ( 15-Day MS, , 30-Day MS, 60-Day MS), which will give you the benefits as quoted above. As they're two separate buffs, you're able to have both black medallions and membership medallions activated at the same time. I hope this answers your question; have a great rest of your week! - Locked as Answered -
  8. I'll miss you, buddy. Good luck with whatever you decide to do; I'm sure you'll excel at whatever you put your mind to!
  9. Hi Algerie31, I'm extremely sorry to hear about your loss of PokeDollars; it appears you crashed whilst in battle with an NPC, which may have forced you to black out, therefore deducting 5% of your PokeDollars. According to what you've said, if you had $14,200,000, five percent of that would be $700,000, which would leave you at around $13,500,000. According to the screenshot you showed me, this appears to have been the case. I'm extremely sorry for your loss, but we do not do refunds on crashes. I must also add that it is not possible to lose money for a crash, unless a major rollback had happened. To avoid crashes and rollbacks, I'd highly suggest looking at the Crash section under the Issue Guide, and also take a look at the Rollback Thread. As this is non-negotiable, I'll now lock this topic. One again, I apologies for the inconvenience; have a great rest of your week. Kind Regards, Astraea. - Locked -
  10. Hi Eltyyy, Contrary to the previous poster, the membership money bonus does not apply to only NPCs. When you have a membership, your money is indeed increased 2x the normal money-yield rate. With a membership, you have a chance of acquiring anywhere between $0-500 PokeDollars from wild battles, therefore, it is likely that you've gotten a bit unlucky when killing wild Pokemon. I would suggest killing a few more wild Pokemon in Cerulean Cave and look at the money you yield. You will receive anywhere between $0-500. Kind Regards, Astraea.
  11. As the other users have said, this is intended and is not considered a bug. Thanks for reporting anyway! - Locked -
  12. Locked as your issue has been solved. Have a great week! - Locked -
  13. Hello Wasadasa, As PurpleMauth has stated, your rare candies are safe and will be returned to you once you complete the quest and talk to Buck. When you lose against an NPC, 5% of your current PokeDollars are deducted as a result. When holding large sums of money, be especially careful of this. Since your question has been answered, I'll lock this topic. Have a great rest of your week! Kind Regards, Astraea. - Locked -
  14. Glad to hear we've resolved your issue; enjoy the rest of your week! Kind Regards, Astraea.
  15. Hi there, Struggle is a move that every Pokemon can use when none of its moves are usable, although no Pokemon can naturally learn it. Once your Pokemon have run out of PP for its available moves, it will use Struggle when you select any move. Hope this answers your question; have a good rest of your day. Kind Regards, Astraea.
  16. Hi Shanahand, I've looked into your account and it appears that you do have the Old Sea Map in your inventory. It is under your "Key Items"; it appears you were looking under "Misc Items" in your screenshot. You need to talk to Lapras between 12 a.m and 1 p.m PokeTime in order to go to Faraway Island, otherwise Lapras will not take you there. With that said, please try to talk to Lapras during the specified times and let me know if you encounter any more issues. Kind Regards, Astraea.
