  2. Hi there, Unfortunately we cannot refund anything lost within a server crash. To find out how to avoid being hit by a rollback as much as possible, I suggest you read Hit by a Rollback? to prevent future cases. However, there are ways to replace your lost berries; you can randomly find EV reducing berries by headbutting trees; check out the Headbutting Guide for more info! Also, if you finish the mini quest detailed in the Berries Guide for a region, you'll be able to buy berries from that Berry Shop. If you ever find yourself in need of EV Training, you could try to use the EV Training Area in the Safari Zone as there are multiple berry trees that give out EV Reducing berries. Hi sperry222, I must regretfully inform you that we are unable to refund your money for the potion and revives, as we cannot refund anything regarding server crashes as it falls under hearsay and therefore can be abused by players. There are ways to make up for your lost money, however. I would highly suggest doing the dig spots around Kanto and Johto to look for buried treasure. In order to reap the benefits of Dig Spots, you need a Pokemon with 150 Happiness that knows the move Dig. You can buy Dig (TM 28) from Celadon Mart for $3,500 Pokedollars. You can find the various locations in this guide. Dig spots give out a plethora of items, however, you want to be looking out for Nuggets, Pearls, Star Pieces, and other valuables items. These valuable items can be sold to the Item Maniac, located at the end of Route 25 above Cerulean City. Should you be lucky enough to receive many of these valuables from dig spots, your profits can be several hundred thousands of Pokedollars. Other items —primarily evolutionary items and stones—can also be sold to other players. These items include Protectors, Magmarizers, King’s Rocks, Dawn Stones, Dusk Stones, Rare Candies, etc. If you haven't already, I highly suggest doing the Officer Jemy Bounties, as she should give you a handful of PokeDollars. While a bit dated, you can also check Daeon’s Guide to Money Making. However, take solace in that Masterballs are fairly easy to replace; they cost 10 PvP coins from the PvP Coin Master; the one in Vermilion is shown below in my screenshot: You can earn PvP coins by winning a Ranked PvP match. Hi Jatimus, There's a bit of a bug when relearning moves that have similar names to other moves in the database; could you try to relearn "Toxic Spikes" first, and then try to teach your Forretress "Spikes" afterward? This is known to solve issues such as this one. Looking forward to your answer, Astraea.
  13. Hi there, I've sent you to your last visited PC. Can you let me know if you can play properly? If not, do you possibly have Comcast as your ISP? It has been recently brought to our attention that players with Comcast as their ISP are having issues, such as being stuck on loading maps, on maps with no Pokemon, being unable to move, etc. If you have Comcast, you may be affected by this issue; if possible, I'd recommend trying to use a VPN or try to use mobile data instead. If you have Comcast, I would recommend you to try to use a VPN to bypass this problem. There is a merge planned for Red and Yellow server, but we have no ETA on that I'm afraid.
