1. Create a shortcut to the PRO exe and name it what ever you wish. 2. Next, right click your shortcut and goto properties, when you get there you will find a textbox that says "Target" and then the location of the PRO exe you created a shortcut for. What you will want to do is after the end of it, type -force-d3d11 or -force-opengl or -force-glcore. (Add a space between .exe and -force 3. Hit Apply, and then run the shortcut you created. PRO will now run using directX 11 and should hopefully no longer crash.

Hello, @mkayahan This error happens when you give a Pokémon for example your Growlithe a Fire Stone in its held item slot and level it up with a Rare Candy. Follow these steps below showing you how to level up a Pokémon using a Stone: 1. Open your bag, find the Fire Stone item and tap on it. 2. This screen will show up asking you to select the Pokémonyou want to use the Fire Stone on, select the Growlithe 3. The prompt for it to confirm if you want to evolve will show up, press yes and this should solve your issue, it will not be reverted back to Growlithe anymore. Good luck and enjoy the game.

Sorry that this reply was late but I would like to inform you that the Cloyster you have now, learns the move "Razor Shell" from the Pre-Evo Move tutor located in the Day Care centres. Example being in Kanto Daycare the Pre-Evo tutor is located through the doorway behind the old couple, each Pre-Evo move will cost 10k to tutor your pokémon. To first access the day care the player must first be able to access Cerulean Cave and then defeat the Boss Named Naero, note defeating him on any level will allow the player to access the day care. Regarding on where you can look up the learnset of a Pokémon, I advise checking out Pokémon Databse, this is an example for Cloyster's learnset, click here. I hope this clears your doubts. Hello there @Simzon. Welcome back. Some small insight on what happend over the past few years, Red and Blue server merged to become the now Silver server and Yellow was renamed Gold. If you cannot access Silver server you would need to Merge on your dashboard which can be accessed from here. Once this is done after you have merged try logging in, if it still gives you the error of "Incorrect username or password" reset your password, do note this should be done after merge and not before or during, it can be reset from here. Hello there, @Creeper77 Unfortunately, Silver server crashed and was down for some time earlier. Though as you may know, it is already back up now. In future my best advice is to join the Official PRO Discord and ask about server status in our #general channel or using the command "^up" in our #bot-commands channel. Hello there @Coono, I'm not sure if there's a means to refund you back the PvE coins. That is down to staff. However, I would like to give you an alternative. As you now already know PvE coin items cannot be traded amongst players. However each month certain PvE coin items become tradeable. My solution for you is to wait till the Metagross mount becomes tradeable amongst players. To find out information about next month's tradeable items I recommend joining the Official PRO Discord, then staying tuned to its #announcements section. Hello there, @Villector Remove the Fire Stone from Growlithes held item slot, go back into your bag and like you did with the rare candy, click on the Fire Stone instead and Click on Growlithe. His evolution should work then. If this still doesn't work hopefully an ingame staff member can help you out.

Perhaps this might allow you to login into the game, if so there is a link here. If this doesn't help, are you sure you have the latest up to date client? The current clients name is called Xmas19 Edition, which can be viewed top left of the login screen. You can try and resintall the new client from here.

Hello, @freezygeek This is the way it's actually meant to be, you must complete this part of the story without leaving the Area. Unfortunately I understand it's a little difficult though, you can always borrow some Pokémon from other players to help you, here is the trade zone subforum so you can check out some rental shops. Aswell as this, make sure to stock up on healing items, this will be useful.

He is loacted in Trainers Valley, if you click on Nikola's name in the sentence above, it will show you the direction above.
