Some pokemons are currently only available for MS users, main reason behind this is that we do not have enough regional space to fit all those pokemons into one space without imbalancing the whole encounter rates. Fortunately, you can buy these pokemons from other trainers as a temporary solution to this issue, once more space is available to distribute more encounters equally, this gap will be removed.

Trading between your own accounts is perfectly fine. Unless you have created more than 4, then we will have to terminate some of your accounts.

Its upto you to decide which one will you pay attention to and which one to ignore or report. Every staff has a dream to have a perfect, friendly community in any game. Would be funny for me to say that our community is perfect, cuddly etc. since my ban list grows each day. But i can safely say that our community is better than most i've seen in my gaming life.</t>

AFAIK the scripts of NPC only checks if you intiated the battle or not and once the server crashes, script doesn't rollback so it thinks you dc'ed in between the battle, so its related to server stability (tho I might be entirely wrong). This is correct. The NPC will initiate its cooldown timer once you have started the battle. Wether you lose, dc or win it will still count. Player progress is different, it can stretch between a certain timeframe within the server to the point where the server has lost communication with your client or a certain amount of the progress was deleted prior to crash, NPC checks are instant.

That NPC is a MS shop, not the NPC that gives you the rod.

Make sure your internet settings aren't causing lag spikes.

We might have a system where you will earn specific titles for the actions you've done in the future. Aside from that, leveling up your characters "stats (?)" is not something that can be done in Pokemon in general.
