I'm sorry that this happened to you, but we do not refund issues like this. The NPC takes the money after you initially agree to learning the move, if you then decide that you no longer want the move and don't teach it to your Pokemon, you still lose the money. To avoid this in the future, I'd recommend researching the move first (bulbapedia/pokemondb) to be sure that you want to learn the move first.

Sadly I am in Red :/ However, your murkow cannot do special sweeper In my opinion 252atk|252hp|6spd and you need decide if you want evolve it or not. It will decide your strategy and moveset + hold item too. As evolve will make your abi into moxie and reduce the speed, but not evolve will make annoy enemy very much by franker abi :Grin:
