Hey! I'd definitely recommend trying out some teams on showdown. Creating a team for gen 6 OU I'd say is most similar to PRO pvp. Also keep in mind that no team will be good at first. Whenever your team loses tweak your team a bit to deal with those threats. If you're on silver server I'm always happy to help with lending pokemon or teambuilding. That's a completely different thing. What your describing is your own guild members destroying your guild rating. Do you really need a rule to protect you from YOUR GUILD MEMBERS??

The situation you are describing seems so nonexistent and contradicting. If someone can be bribed like that... I dont think I'd welcome them back! I think the current system is great as is :)
