  4. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  7. Hi there. From the Mirror downloads, you'll have to download the corresponding download for your Operating System. You can check your Operating by Right-clicking on the Start button on the lower left corner of the screen. Then, Left-click on System. There will be an entry under System called System Type listed. If it lists 32-bit Operating System, than the PC is running the 32-bit (x86) version of Windows. If it lists 64-bit Operating System, than the PC is running the 64-bit (x64) version of Windows.

  10. Hi there. You can level up your Golbat by rare candy. If it's still a Golbat by then, please battle a wild pokemon afterwards and let me know if it evolves. Worse case scenario, we can always delevel your pokemon upon your request if it still doesn't work then. Please visit the Evolution and Deleveling Megathread for more information on this.   14. Hi there. It seems as if you are in the middle of the Heatran Quest. Your rare candies have been taken from you at the start of the Heatran Quest to ensure difficulty during the quest. After completing the Heatran Quest, talk to Buck inside Stark Mountain Main Cavern to get your rare candies back.   18. Hi there. Unfortunately, you may have been apart of a wipe that happened in the past. Your account would’ve been wiped if it was inactive for a year and had less than 10 hours on it. This was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes. Since account was wiped, then we wouldn’t be able to retrieve your data. In this case, we may be able to offer you an account reset. Are you interested in taking this offer? Your Silver account will have 80 coins on it.

  24. Hi there. I just want to inform you that only Speed EVs were affected by the bug. Therefore, unfortunately without proof, we are unable to restore your pokemon's EVs.
