  4. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  6. Hello there! If you are still getting an this error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ.

  8. Hi there. Sorry for the delayed response. Do you happen to lose money after blacking out? Just to clarify things, you lose 5% of your money every time you black out so you should avoid blacking out as much as possible. PRO is also an MMO therefore things have been coded this way to maximize its purpose, which is to have you grind for most of your items. It is also the reason why most of the quests and storyline are more difficult than in the actual games. Although despite this loss, you can attempt to make your money back through dig spots (3 day cooldown), battling trainers (7 day cooldown)/bosses(12 day cooldown) and hunting for Pokémon people may want. Once again, I am really sorry about this and I hope you understand.
  9. Hello there! Unfortunately you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018). If you'd like to transfer servers, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic and its requirements can be found here for future reference.   12. You can't delete locked threads. Some you can delete, depending on the sub-forum. Usually you'll see the option to delete it on your post, if you can. Other than that, you can't delete posts.
  13. Hello there! Unfortunately you cannot delete/reset your account as of now due to the topic being closed.   16. Hi there. You can only trade with others once you've beaten the 4th Gym in Kanto and obtained the Rainbow badge. This is also needed in order to type in the in-game trade chat. You also need to be in the same PokeCenter to trade. To link your pokemon in chat, you can drag your pokemon from your party into the area where you type in the chat box. Please let me know if you have any further difficulties.

  19. Hi there. Your pokemon are locked since they aren't from the region you're currently in. You'll be able to access them once again after the 8th gym. Do you have any further questions?
  20. Hi there. You actually wouldn't have been able to go to the Route towards the cave until you've beaten the gym. Can you try to speak to the Old man outside the cave (If he's still there), then go to the Assistant then right next to MrStone to speak to him?
