  14. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. The current encounter rate for the Christmas pokemon is 1/1000. As for the natures, I've already mentioned that they need to be PvP Natures. You can check in Smogon which are good natures for each pokemon. You can do this by doing ^smogon <Pokemon> in #bot-commands of our Official PRO Discord. Let me know if you need anything else.
  15. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Basic forms reward the same points as their evolved forms. Therefore in short, Treecko will give the same points as Grovyle and Sceptile. Let me know if you need anything else.

  18. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. This means that your pokemon is not better than the current best pokemon submitted. You can only submit a pokemon which will score more than the current best. Santa also only accepts good natures. Let me know if you need anything else.

The first part of the event has already been released to the public and you can read more about it on this announcement.   23. Hi there. In order to submit a pokemon, you'll have to beat the current best registered by the Santa or the Grinch. Therefore, if it isn't the best, you won't be able to submit it and will have to try again. Do note that there are winners every Advent (Every Sunday). There is only one winner per week. Hope this clarifies things for you.

  25. Hi there. The servers are currently down due to our Developer debugging. We are aware of this issue. However, we are unable to give an ETA as to when the servers will be up once again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here.
