  4. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please do note that Weavile learns Swords Dance through TMs and not through the tutor. If you wish to teach your Weavile this move, you'll have to purchase the TM from Trainer's Valley for 5,000 Pokedollars.   5. Hi there. I've gone over and checked the NPC and was not able to replicate the bug. It seems as if the NPC is fine. I've also gone over and checked your inventory and there seems to be 15 Bulk Up TMs in it. Could you please check this for me? If not, could you please type "Bulk Up" in the search bar to look for the item. You can also delete all of your PRO Files and reinstall the game. Let me know if you're still having this issue.

  9. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. First of all, we are simply not supporting Linux as of now only, but it doesn't mean forever. Although there's no guarantee that it'll be back. Basically, it's because our Developer can't use IL2CPP there. We're still looking for a workaround to this as we understand we have a small yet significant player base from Linux as well. I understand your concern, but as of now we can't do much. You'll simply have to wait until a potential Linux client is released in the future. However, there is no estimated time for this. Please do note that PRO staff are volunteers and we don't always have the time to look into everything. We also have numerous plans in the future and there are quite a few client concerns right now. Nevertheless, I can offer you an unmerge if you'd like to continue your progress on Blue. It won't make too much of a difference as you only have 5 hours on it and only have the Boulder Badge.   17. Hi there. Before anything, this isn't a bug. The speed of mounts were made equal for balance and for aesthetic appeal. It occurred to us that Jet-skiis and Shiny Mounts were the same price. However, when we tried to make the shiny mounts the same speed as the Jet-skiis, they didn't look good with the animation. With that, we simply decided to make the speed of all mounts 6. This is 50% faster than normal, and 50% slower than the Kyogre mount. This makes it fairer for those who purchase shiny mounts. For those who have already purchased jet-skiis, there is an Office Worker in Saffron Station that can refund your Jet-skii and turn it into a coin capsule which you can use for other things. If you have a Kyogre mount, you can make a post in Donation and Coin Issues and have the item refunded for you. So no, you're not losing out on the coins you spent as you can have it refunded. Same for your Kyogre. Let me know if you need anything else.
  18. Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge.   19. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. In order to to move around across Hoenn, you'll have to complete the Hoenn Teleport Quest. Please do note that you must be the Hoenn Champion to start this quest. You can follow our Hoenn Teleport Guide for further information on this quest. Also, if you wish to go back to the other regions, you'll have to go to Lilycove city and take the boat. Let me know if you need anything else. Hope this clarified things for you.

They were simply left in your inventory as they are not automatically returned after the lending trade is over. You can always trade the items back or mail it to the person.
