  1. Hi there. The servers are currently down due to the new client update maintenance. Unfortunately, there is no estimated time for when the update will be finished. Afterwards, you should be able to log on again. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. Please do note that PRO Staff are simply volunteers and act in their own time. Nevertheless, feel free to keep an eye out in our Update Logs or in our Official PRO Discord for further announcements.   3. Hi there. The servers are currently down due to technical difficulties. We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. However, we are unable to give an ETA as to when the servers will be up once again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved.   6. Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence. Please be patient as you wait for a staff member to respond. You may bump your thread every 24 hours. With all that said, I wish you the best of luck and will now be locking this thread.

  11. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems as if you got the Psyduck that happens to be in Vermilion City. Since the city is currently Halloween Themed, the Psyduck can't been seen there. With that, you'll unfortunately have to wait until the maps are reverted back to normal before you can continue with the quest. In line with this, the psyduck quest has temporarily been removed as it is to be reworked. For the future, if you need further help, please check out our Psyduck Hat Guide. Could you please reinstall the game here and let me know if this fixes your issue? Please be sure to take screenshots this time incase you lose the TM. Also, please do note that we can't recover your TMs as it would be unfair to those who have accepted their losses due to errors like these. Let me know if you need anything else.   22. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please delete all your old PRO Files, clear your app history and trash bin, restart your phone, then reinstall the new client from here? Let me know if this fixes your issue.
  23. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ.
