Nevertheless, if you're stuck, please try the following. ▪︎ Try Alt+Tab ▪︎ Use an Escape Rope ▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter ▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar ▪︎ Log out, and then back in ▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. As Purp said and as quoted from Bulbapedia This means that it will only activate when hit by a fire MOVE. Flame orb isn't a move and therefore will not trigger it. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, Naive isn't one of the natures for Lucario, despite it being usable. We do not intend to release the list of natures as this is intended as part of how Santa and Grinch works. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please do note that Santa and Grinch will only accept your pokemon if they are better than the current best. Also, please do note that Santa only accepts good natures for PvP for that pokemon. You can check in Smogon which are good natures for each pokemon. You can do this by doing ^smogon <Pokemon> in #bot-commands of our Official PRO Discord. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. This game requires a lot of space to fully enhance your experience. Allow you to play vertically would make the GUI very small and it'd be rather hard for you to play. Do note that our game is in BETA and therefore we cannot fully optimize features that other games may have. Nevertheless, you are still able to play PRO normally horizontally as intended. I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. If your friend is banned, he should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. If the reason isn't on the Dashboard, he is free to ask in his appeal. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, he may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence. Please let him know to be patient as he waits for a staff member to respond. He may bump his thread every 24 hours. With regards to the appeal, I highly suggest you let him appeal and not you. The passwords on the dashboard differs from the forums so he'll have to reset it using the forum's password reset feature. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the Grinch or Santa will only accept your pokemon if it is better than the current best. The dialogue provided to you means that the pokemon the Grinch currently has is better than the one you're trying to submit. Therefore, unfortunately you'll have to continue hunting and try again. Hope this clarifies things for you.
