  7. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, as stated in our list of broken moves and abilities, Minimize: Doesn't have the correct evasion+, it raises by 1 instead of 2. In PRO, Minimize only raises by 1. However as you've stated, it's meant to minimize 2. It's a known bug and a fix may be developed in the future. Unfortunately, there is no estimated time as to when this will be resolved. Please do note that PRO staff are simply volunteers and act in their own time. Therefore, you shouldn't create more, or you will be punished in accordance with our Punishment Policy. Now even if your accounts aren't use, they'll still count as yours. We have our own ways for checking whose accounts are whose, but as long as you are following the rules, you won't be banned. Unfortunately, if you're exceeding it once again, you'll be punished once again. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Now, I've gone over and checked this account, Stuckerrs, and it seems as if this account is really on the Gold server, meaning you played on Yellow before the merge. It was never on Silver/Red/Blue. Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. Unfortunately you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018). If you'd like to transfer servers, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic and its requirements can be found here for future reference. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand! Please stay tuned in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for further announcements. As for your pokemon, you can't move them, sadly. Your coin-items on the other hand, can be moved onto Silver and you can trade it to your current account afterwards, only if you purchased them with coins that you purchased yourself. In order to have your coin items transferred, you'll have to make a post under Donation and Coin issues and attach a picture of your transaction receipts. An admin should be able to assist you there. Nevertheless, you can now pick up the Silph Scope from Giovanni's table, if you still have access to the area. If not, could you please try to progress through the story as normal? Beat the Grass gym and then head back to Lavender Town to read the notes and head into the tower. If you get stuck on the 6th floor, could you please attach a screenshot of this?   14. Hi there. First of all, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. Next, I would like to state that I've checked your account on the database and it seems as if you've chosen the correct server. However, it's possible that that you may have lost some of the data on your pokedex because the IDs were updated and changed. You won't be able to catch a legendary again if you've already completed its legendary quest and caught it. If you're missing something, please do let me know so I can look into it for you. PRO is also an MMO therefore things have been coded this way to maximize its purpose, which is to have you grind for most of your items. It is also the reason why most of the quests and storyline are more difficult than in the actual games. As quoted from our PRO General Information, Please be sure to read up on the aforementioned thread for further information on PRO Mechanics. Unfortunately, as this is intended and is apart of PRO's Mechanics, we will not be restoring your TM. Sorry to disapoint you, and I hope you understand. Let me know if you need anything else.

  17. Hi there. As stated previously, you can get Draco Meteor through a tutor in Dragon's Shrine for 15,000 Pokedollars. You can get it from Tutor Heaven as well if you're on the ladder last pvp season. To access Dragon's Shrine, you'll need the following. Do note that the Shrine is not the building in the water, but rather the cave on the East side of the cave. -Get the Dragon membership (200 000$ at Blackthorn's Dragon Club) -Get the Dragon Medalion (240 caught data, shown at said club) -Defeat the Dragonite in Dragons Den B1F to be able to pass through him -Defeat Lance further into Dragons Den B1F For future reference, please use our Reborn bot, which can help you with all kind of in-game data.   19. Hi there. According to your Variables, they aren't scattered yet. Could you please go to the area where the dogs are circling and take a screenshot of them not being there? Follow the steps I've listed above to get there. If needed, I can get a scripter to look into the issue for you.
  20. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Seems as if you haven't made the dogs flee yet. Please do the following: Travel to Ecruteak city and talk to the Scientist at the Bell Tower Entrance. 1. Talk to Scientist Rey, enter the Bell Tower Basement and fight your way through. 2. Interact with the 3 Legendary Dogs and make them flee. 3. Head back to the Scientist to get the Legendary Dogs' seen data. To get their seen data, you must travel to the following locations: Entei: Johto Safari Mountain Zone (You'll need Rock Smash to get to him) [spoiler=Entei] Suicune: Tohjo Falls (You'll need Waterfall to get to him) [spoiler=Suicune] - Raikou: Mt.   23. Hello there! Unfortunately, it is uncertain if certain pokemon will return or not. You'll be able to find out more regarding this year's Halloween event as it approaches.   24. Hi there. First, the new soundtrack is the official soundtrack in the game, which is what PRO takes after. If you dislike the music, you can go into the Options and lower or mute the Music Volume under the "Sound" tab. As for the rain, it rains indoors because we used to use outdoor maps for caves to allow mounts. Try to restart your client. Afterwards, reduce or mute the SFX Volume in the "Sound" tab since the Rain is connected to this. If you're on a mount, you can also disable the music in the sound tab. Let me know if you need anything else.
  25. Hi there. I've tested it and it seems as if you are able to chat in Trade Chat despite being in a battle with an NPC. Please do note that there's a 30s cooldown in the Trade chat, which means you'll have to wait 30 seconds before you can post your trade again. Perhaps this was what was preventing you from chatting in trade chat. As for the crashes you experience, could you please try the following and see if they fix your issue? • Run the game in compatibility mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Update your Windows Version • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager
