  2. Hi there. Please do note that Machamp can actually have the ability "No Guard". As quoted from the move's official description, With that, Machamp's moves like Thunder Punch or Dynamic Punch can hit you, even whilst you're flying or diving.   4. HI there. Sorry for the inconvenience. As stated, we are already aware of this issue as listed in our List of broken moves and abilities. We are already working on a fix, however there is no estimated time as to when it'll be fixed. Please do note that PRO Staff are simply volunteers and act in their own time. Nevertheless, feel free to keep an eye out in our Update Logs and in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for when updates are made to PRO. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.
  5. Hi there. I see that you're currently on the Gold server. However, your progress is on the Blue server, incase you forgot. Therefore since you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the Blue server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging.

However, we are unable to give an ETA as to when the servers will be up once again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.

  12. Hi there. As stated, Sailor Dionisis is an NPC that brings you to Vulcan Island, which is the summer event this year. The event was only available for a limited time. Although I'd like to clarify that there is no assurance on future events, nor an ETA on them. Nevertheless, you can read more about this year's Vulcan Island here. Nevertheless, you can keep an eye out in #annoucements in our Official PRO Discord and in Announcements for different seasonal events. Sorry to disappoint you, but i hope you understand.

  14. Hi there. Speed Boost is only banned when it is on Blaziken. You may refer to our PvP Rules for the bannable moves in PvP. Since you're using it on Scolipede, it is fine. Let me know if you need anything else. Hope this clarifies things for you.

  16. Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence. Please be patient as you wait for a staff member to respond. You may bump your thread every 24 hours. With all that said, I wish you the best of luck and will now be locking this thread.   21. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! Since you played on the Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the Blue Server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  24. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have. If he's in none of these locations, could you please attach a screenshot of each location without him being there. His location is chosen at random from the 5.
