Hi there. Please do note that Naero goes on a 12 day cooldown after battling him. If you have membership active, which I've noticed you have active, he goes on a 6 day cooldown. I have also checked and it seems as if you have to wait 3 more days to battle Naero. You can check the remaining cooldown by joining our Official PRO Discord and doing ^cooldown boss crkc gold. For future reference, you can check out our Boss Guide for tips on how to beat Naero. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need further help.

Hi there. It seems as if you are currently on the Silver server and playing. Are you still having this issue? If so, please do note the following. 1. Check your requirements. 2. Please confirm that the server is online via the official server status link here. Sometimes, the server can go down, but the website can show it as being online. Please be patient and try to use the F5 button again. 3. Please make sure your e-mail is confirmed, as you can login in forum without a confirmation, but you need it in-game. 4. Always make sure your client is up to date! You must download a new client each time when a new update is released: Client Download Repository (delete the old client before extracting the new one). You will be given a prompt before logging in ("Out of date version") if your downloaded client is not updated. 5. If you are receiving a "Can not connect to server" prompt, the best course of action to take would be to completely close the client, relaunch it and try again. Please read carefully step 2 before you read this step. Almost most cases for "Cannot connect to server" prompt is the server being down.

Sync Pokemon is a Third Time reward from bosses, yes. You can come back to the boss after getting your Synchronize pokemon to claim your reward. There will be an option for you to select for you to get your synchronize first.

Hi there. Unfortunately, you can't synchronize that Porygon from the lab. However, I would like to clarify that you can get more Porygons for as long as you turn in a Silver Disc to Assistant Davis in Cinnabar Lab Room 3. He will convert the Silver Disc into a Porygon. Please make sure you have over 100 caught data before doing this. You can battle the Jessie and James bosses to get a Silver Disc. You can also get a free one from the NPC in Cinnabar Lab Room 1 who checks your pokedex and will reward you with a silver disc if you have over 100 caught data. For Sync pokemon as third time reward, you can go get your synchronize pokemon and come back to the boss. For Synchronize to work, you must have a pokemon with the Synchronize ability in the first slot of your party and it must be alive. It will then have a 50% chance to transfer the nature to the pokemon. It's usually based on luck, but you can increase the chances with a Synchronize pokemon. If you would like a hidden ability on your Greninja, it only has a 5% chance to get a hidden ability, however this can be increased with a black medalion from the coin shop. Hi there. Unfortunately, we do not offer this type of service. However, you can always try to make some friends in-game and borrow their pokemon through the Lending Feature. This feature will allow you to use their pokemon for a certain amount of time. Please ensure that you've gotten the Rainbow Badge first though. You can also buy pokemon from others in the in-game Trade Chat. A great way to make money is by dig spots (3 day cooldown), battling trainers (7 day cooldown)/bosses(12 day cooldown) and hunting for Pokémon people may want. Hope this helps and have a great day. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. The Arkos boss was a boss during the Summer Event, Vulcan Island. However, the Arkos boss is still in Vulcan Cave B1F. The NPC in Eterna City is a place holder for when the boss is moved. Unfortunately, there is no ETA as to when the boss will be moved and available for challenging again. Nevertheless, you can keep an eye out in our Update Logs and in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for updates regarding PRO. Hope this clarifies things for you. Please try the following. -Completely reinstall your client by deleting all the old files completely -Wait a few minutes in loading map screen -On the login screen, use F2 and type clearmaps. Afterwards, hit Enter then restart your client. Usually this error is caused by your internet connection, so it's good to check on the status of you internet connection and contact your ISP if you are still experiencing this error.

Hi there. As stated, there isn't a specific area or Region where PvP Battles take place. You can enter a PvP battle by selecting the PvP Option on the bottom left corner of the screen as shown. Once in the PvP Interface, you can select if you would like to join the Ranked or the Unranked queue. Unranked queue is usually for for-fun battles. Ranked queue allows you to earn PvP coins which you can turn in to a PvP Master for items. After selecting the queue you prefer, you can click find Match. Take note that you need to be at a Pokecenter for Ranked battles. You must also have a team with 6 level 100 pokemon. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hi there. The PvP season has already started. A new season starts at the start of each month and ends at the end of each month. There is no specific location. You can simply battle through the PvP Option in the lower left corner of your screen. One pvp coin is earned per win and PvP points vary depending on your opponent. You can read more about PvP in PRO in this guide. An announcement in our Official PRO Discord will be made when a season is ending. You can also see the PvP ladder by doing ^ladder <server> in #bot-commands in our Discord. Please be sure to read on our PvP rules before engaging in a pvp battle.
