Charizard can learn Air Slash through move relearner, I think. As for the EV, it depends on the Charizard's stats. Something like a Jolly Zard with high Attack & Speed IV would obviously favor Atk & Speed EVs, while a Timid Zard with high Special Attack and Speed prefer SpAtk and Speed EVs. Charizard is a versatile Pokemon, it can even go both ways if the IVs are good for it, though EV spread for a Mixed set would obviously be more complex than the ones focusing on one offense stat.

From what I have seen people usually think what your country's main language is, or even whether you perfectly understand English or not, is actually irrelevant - as long as everyone can play the game from their own country, it's basically an international game. But this has nothing to do with the Fog topic, so I'll stop here.

Personally I think it's a bit weird to support low-end/older devices in battle by not adding 3D models, yet not support them outside battle by adding "disable fog" option. Especially since we spend more time outside battle than in it. At the same time, I'm confused about the varied results.....Red & Thor's older PC seems to be able to run the fog without any lag based on what they said, but multiple players cannot do the same. What's the difference?

Some gender differences are actually extremely noticeable : Pikachu, Wooper, Doduo, Dodrio, Cacturne, Snover, Unfezant, Frillish, Jellicent, Hippopotas, Hippowdon, Meowstic, and Pyroar all have extremely noticeable gender difference. Combee's difference is actually not that noticeable, but is still enough to become apparent to many players if they focus on hunting the female ones. Others though, yeah, the difference is too minimal to bother with.

Pancham evolves into Pangoro while the player HAVE a Dark-type in party, not "doesn't have". But I doubt the evolution method is already implemented anyway. Considering the way Karrablast evolve means Shelmet must be obtainable as well, I doubt it can evolve, as Shelmet is still unavailable.

I think the only real rare ones are Munna and Minccino. Emolga is more like uncommon, the rest are common Pokemon.

So you mean a server just for Phillipines? Like how Ragnarok Online used to have pRO instead of having to share with iRO players? This is a fan-made game, not official game like Ragnarok, so......yeah, sorry, I don't think that will happen >_<

Nowhere, Game Freak as the creator of the official games just haven't made those routes yet. It seems they lately prefer to restart from 1 for each region, though. Unova, Kalos, and Alola all start from Route 1.

Froakie doesn't spawn anywhere at the moment, not even via headbutt/dig. It used to spawn in Johto Safari Zone, but not anymore. Though, someone in in-game chat said Thor mentioned a boss now gives it as a reward.

This would be nice to have, as certain Pokemon only shows up during certain time. If the Poke Time is shown outside the game, you can know when to play to get the Pokemon you want, instead of logging in blindly.

It doesn't affect the Pokemon's stats, but it does affect the learnset, many Pokemon who evolved with stone learns more moves before they are evolved. In addition to that, due to the exp system in PRO, it is better to leave them unevolved as long as possible. Since they evolve with stone, there's no issue in leaving them unevolved until lv100.

There's also the problem where some friends, who I added but hasn't delete yet, is not shown on the list after some time. Even though my list has less than 50 people in it. Also, if I delete someone off the list, my name should also be automatically deleted on that someone's list, and we shouldn't be able to see each other's "{name] is online" message on the top right of the screen....... Right now it doesn't do any of that.

Yeah, besides sucker punch relying on gengar's crappy attack stat, there's also the fact that bullet punch gains STAB as scizor is a steel-type.

No, you don't need to switch back to Kadabra. You're just unlucky, then. I see. Last time I checked Wonder Guard is bugged in the sense that it doesn't work at all......

Wonder Guard doesn't work yet (also, Shedinja's HP is incorrect, it should always have 1 HP). Sync does work, but the chance is 50%, you were just unlucky. You didn't use Role Play, right? Role Play is bugged at the moment, its effect lingers when it shouldn't be, meaning it messes with Synchronize.

125k, actually. Both area where Beldum spawn costs 5k to enter. I think we have to consider the entrance cost as well, as without paying the entrance cost, the chance to even see Beldum (let alone catching it) is basically zero. I'm still on the fence about increasing its catch rate, though......on one side I can understand the frustration, on the other side, I personally don't have problem with it.....Beldum with 1 HP and Asleep, has around 4.3% or 4.4% chance to be caught in an Ultra Ball, which apparently means the average tries to catch it is around 22-24 Ultra Balls, which is still a justifiable amount to me if it's true. Though, if 7 or 10 players took more than 100 ultra ball to catch 1 HP asleep Beldum, then yeah, maybe the catch rate is bugged and should be checked. Just 1 time of spending 100 Ultra balls is not enough to say anything about buggy catch rate.

Hey, I'm sure about one thing doesn't mean you have to believe/follow it xD To be fair I also still believe that "Battle" facilities skews the hax towards their advantage, even though hackers who hacked the games to see the inner data never found any solid evidence for that.
