It's nothing related to luck, I'm just annoyed that sites eat up too much money now, thanks to MS price xD The Pearls and Nuggets do cover the site entrance fee, though. Thankfully, we don't need MS to get those items.

Arcanine can go with multiple different sets (physical, special, mixed) So there are a wide variety of Nature it can use, provided the nature doesn't reduce Speed. So Adamant/Jolly/Modest/Timid/Hasty/Naive/Impish/Lonely/Naughty/Mild/Rash are all good natures for it, though a few are better than the others. But yeah, it seems people are looking for Impish lately.

You're not the only one, there was some talk just recently regarding the sites being bugged as no rare Pokemon shows up for weeks, even with MS. https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=51929 One staff said excavation site will be revamped soon, but with multiple staffs leaving and halloween event being extremely late, I have a feeling the revamp will be pushed back even later, perhaps we won't see any revamp until they're done with xmas event, if we even got a new one. Though the biggest problem isn't the spawn - it's the fact that having active MS is needed for sites if you want to have a chance at getting some of the rarer Pokemon. With MS being 600k-1m each, and this weird spawn bug happening for seemingly no reason, sites has become no longer worth it to do. You practically need to be rich enough to buy MS to do sites. And let's not forget that sites themselves are also a money sink.......

True that, I just remembered about the amount of Pokemon that can learn rocks, as well as Focus Sash. Still, it is OU for a reason. And it seems GF think that reason is enough to drive Gale Wings down to the ground.

120 base power STAB priority move with 100 accuracy and no other drawback besides recoil, is anything but not broken. There's a reason why it was widely hated - it is basically an instant win button in most cases that forced everyone to carry rocks, and yet Smogon refuse to ban it.

Less players, less sellers, higher prices. In January, the MS' price was actually going the other way, and as far as I remember, it was for about 90k$ for few days. It never stopped to raise since. Bots or not lately, they aren't the main reason prices are going high, only (or at least mainly) greed. Real 100% human greed. Anyway, as you're probably aware, many staff members left quite recently; in order to be able to deal with such a devastating wave of botters that we can't help but read about it all over the forums every 30 minutes, they'd probably need to recruit and form new staff beforehand. :) Or people are just over exaggerating, but that I can't know, I don't pay much attention to others' ingame wanderings I do think bots have a hand in this. Maybe not the main reason, but they do play a part in controlling MS market. You see, with the insane amount of pokedollars they got, botters wouldn't mind selling and buying MS for 1m, they got back the money easily anyway. As long as there are rich botters, MS price will never go back to 150k-300k.

Gengar losing Levitate is hilarious It's like the AI of this game already predicted it, hence NPCs always using EQ on our Gengar Primarina's HA sounds (lol) useless since based on description alone, it seems to not boost the power of those moves, just changing their type...... What's the point in having STAB Hyper Voice when you have STAB Surf lol. Pretty much the only difference is that Hyper Voice doesn't hit teammate, meaning its only use is in Double Battle. I forgot what was the name of the IRC channel that Kaphotics used for talks regarding datamining, if I remember I would've go there and asked him about whether the ability boost power or not...... Wimp Out, as we already knew, belongs to Wimpod. Guess who has Emergency Exit? ITS EVOLUTION. Perhaps try reporting them in the Report Center subforum if you are very sure they are bots? And yeah, 1 person running 10 bots is quite scary. If there are 10 botters each running 10 bots, that's already 100 bots, which is already almost somewhere between 1/4 to 1/6 of the current population in a server. If each bot gets 200k pokedollar per day, that's a total of 2m pokedollar per day just from a single botter. Not to mention the rare Pokes they got......

So basically, every 3 months, players are able to re-catch the legendary at the cost of their current legendary?

Last time I saw it being used, the damage calculation is WAY off, it's WAY too strong. Not sure if it's already fixed.

True that being patient is worth it :Shy: But the problem is........ Current MS price is what, 700k-900k? Cheapest would be, say, 550k-650k, which is still more than double what the good price used to be (200k-300k). 650k might be seen as "cheap" compared to the current price, but it's still way too much for a lot of players :Crazy: Though, the biggest problem is the players themselves. Players want the price to drop, but in the Trade channel, there are: - Not enough buyers asking for lower price - Not enough sellers willing to sell at much lower price to get bigger profit via having more buyers (like I said before somewhere else, selling 3 MS for 300k in 1 hour has bigger profit than selling 1 MS for 700k in 1 day) - Too much greedy sellers, especially the ones with paypal access. If only we have more players willing to be patient and keep asking for lower price, and more sellers willing to do the second point above, the MS price would have been more easily regulated. Anyway, regarding the "staff action" topic, staffs HAVE interfered with MS price before. Older players would remember that during last year December, the price of MS sank to as low as 60k-90k due to item duping. They stopped the duping and the dupers, but it doesn't really change the sunken MS price, as no one other than the staffs knows how much MS stock are still on the market, especially with the coin shop essentially still providing endless stock of MS anyway. So the staffs temporarily removed MS from coin shop, causing the price to rise as no MS in coin shop makes people realize the stock is dwindling.

iirc the reason to use static sprite was because it is less heavy on older/weaker device, and that making 3D model frames for the custom Pokemon (the clone starters, the Xmas pokes) takes a lot of time.

I bet Zorua line will be like this as well when it becomes obtainable one day. The ability will still be not coded yet, making it a no ability poke because it can only have Illusion as its ability xD

Yeah, it seems Stealth Rock is bugged at the moment. My friends also have the bug happening to them. Try reporting it to staffs.

Starters can be caught in the wild in PRO. But yeah, for the ones obtained from the Professor (including the Boss version), they should have been at least decent...... Because he can sell 2 300k MS or 3 200k MS in 1 hour, instead of 1 500k MS in a day? Why bother selling MS for 500k when you can get more (2 x 300 or 3 x 200 = 600) in a much shorter time by selling less? People want cheaper MS, so logically it will be easier to get buyers when you sell for less. Really, if I can buy MS from coin shop, that is what I would do. Buy a lot of them, then sell them at the right price so that I still sell them for less while at the same time gaining more profit than those selling for more. Speaking of which, we need more people selling for less right now, so that the price go down.....you'll drop your price too when others are selling for less and gets buyers while you don't because you're selling for more.

We're not even in Summer anymore for a month lol. It is indeed a nice place though. The trainers are all great for money and exp.
