Thats not the Cerulean Cave then. I guess you are trying to enter a cave on Route 25? The cave you are trying to enter is either for the Entei Guardian or an un-used one. To find the Cerulean Cave simply go west from Cerulean City to reach Route 4, from there simply move to the top-right corner and surf to the east.

What is stopping you from entering the Cerulean Cave exactly? If there is an NPC in front of the entrance what does he tell you?

Thats unlikely a bug. If you already lost to the forest boss you have to find another way to go to the boss room again, the stone plate at the beginning of the forest area hints that actually. To go back to the boss room try to interact with the tree stump with mushrooms on it.

I agree and would like to see form chances changed again. Uncommon and Rare pokemon should have a higher chance of having an event form, its more enjoyable to not only hunt for the form but also to hunt for a "usable" pokemon with a form.

Unfortunately both options dont work. The Unread page shows every content you didnt read yet, including the Playground area for example and you cant be ignored as a user since you have the Contributor role. This is not meant to be against you personally in any way so please try to not take it that way. I would just like to browse through the forum more comfortably.

+1, that would be a really good change. I always use the "Unread Content" function to browse through the forum and I dont care a single bit about the "Playground" for example but I still see dozens of posts distributed among the things I do care about. Would be a nice option if you could filter certain subforums out.

It works as intended now as there was a fix a couple days ago regarding the turn order. It was bugged before that fix a couple days ago. Some effects like leftovers, perish song turn etc. dont get triggered on switch-in anymore. If you still think there is an issue it would be nice if you can send screenshots of the battle-log to understand your issue better.
