+1 to increase the drop rate from bosses or add more bosses which can drop it. As suggestion for the future maybe there could be a new excavation site at the Crater Town area which could have Twin Dragon Orbs as rare drop.

From what I know the main issue is actually from apples side rather than from PRO itself because of apples limiting rules for third-party applications.

That has nothing to do with a move being coded or not. A lot of moves can only be learned by level-up or as an egg-move for example.

IV locked rerolls are only rewarded from special occasions like from quests during seasonal events, PvP Ladder Tournament, PvP Summer Tournament and other special mini-events.

Yep, you can have 4 accounts (usernames if you want to say so).

You had it correct though. An account is one username and one account can have 2 characters (Gold and Silver character).
