@Syder21 Critical hits ignore all buffs and debuffs to stats.

The reroll for beating the Darkrai quest will only be rewarded if you did not fail/surrender the Dark Realm quest once. Is that maybe the case for you? Also the reroll is not an item but you have to reroll with the NPC so there wont be an Item that could get added to your bag.

As far as I know you have to be Sinnoh Champion to get that free Rotom.

The thread you linked as an example does not do that though, thats why I missunderstood you I guess. I am not aware of any possibility to jump to a certain part within a single post though. Maybe someone else can you help you with that but I dont think that it is possible.
