Well you need to gather more hints from the other NPCs to narrow it down. Sometimes you wont get the perfect hints and end up with a lower chance to get the correct hole. For example: You would need 3 hints to know the correct hole. North, West, Human. The correct hole would be top left next to an NPC. If youre getting the hints North and Human you would have a 50% chance to get the correct hole as its either top left or right. As you see it all comes down to the hints youre getting so make sure to gather as many as possible. Hope that helped you out.

The Snorlax probably wasnt saved yet. When you catch a new pokemon it takes a couple minutes until the pokemon is saved. When the server crashed it probably didnt save your snorlax yet. You can save fresh caught pokemon either by relogging once or with the command /save.

+1 Adding the Sailor NPCs to the other harbor citys seems like a good idea.

Youre locking SPD until you get 31 SPD. After that you lock SPATK until you have 31 and so on...

I could see it as a reward for world quests or other special events but not in general as you could get 31x6 legendaries.

We dont have pokerus on PRO but there are other ways to gain bonus EXP. You can join a guild, use membership or an XP boost. So far we have Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh but as far as I know they are working on Unova and on a own region aswell.
