Hey, close your client completly and start it again. Then level up your pokemon again. Charmeleon does not need happiness/friendship to evolve.

You need at least 150+ happiness on your pokemon with Dig. You can check the happiness of a pokemon with /happy 1-6 in the ingame-chat while the number indicates what party-slot you want to check.
