  1. I'll try to explain myself better. If you type Eumi Island Theme Park 1 you will see the Pokémon of that map. Once you see those Pokémon, if you change map (walking, mount, teleport, etc) and go like in Eumi Island Town, what does it happen? Do you see the Pokémon of Eumi Island Theme Park 1 or the one of Eumi Island Town?

  4. Hi @TrVision ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Is it possible that you've typed something in the map search-bar? Could you please try to restart your client and see if it fixes that? Take note that after you type the name of a map, you've to make sure to type the correct name of another map or it won't find any map and tell you "map does not exists" Please, let me know if restarting the client solved your issue and if you have any further questions. Could you please try to log in the DASHBOARD and to change your password making sure to choose an alphanumerical one (characters allowed from A to Z and 0 to 9) Please, let me know how it goes and if you have been successful in solving your issue. If not, do note that the servers are now back online and to play you have to download the latest client from here: PRO DOWNLOAD PAGE. If you should not be able to log in the game after downloading the new client, could you please try to restart your internet connection and router and if that fix your issue. If not, please check the following: Here below some useful thing to know after the server host have been changed: [spoiler=Useful Things to know after the server host change] - We are aware that the patcher doesn't fully work correctly, and this will be fixed soon. However you should be able to login correctly. - Take note that all active Tickets and Black Memberships were extended for 4 days and that every user got a Mini MS (3-days MS) in their inventories. - Also, the Christmas event was extended to January 10th. - As for the reason of why we had to move server, since this is a common question, this was cause the server owner left the team. Also, could you please try the following procedures in the same exact order i give you: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Install the latest version of .NET Framework Restart your computer Totally disable your Firewall and Antivirus Download again the game from HERE Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. (Not directly in C: or D: , but you can put them in your documents into a folder like this: CLIENT FOLDER) Run the program as Administrator However, keep in mind that the servers are currently down to PRO switching hosts. We are unable to give an estimated time as to when the servers will be up once again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. That means that you've to catch it by yourself and that you can't buy one from other players. Also, take note that these are the requirements to be able to catch Mew: With that said, i just checked your account and i noticed that you have only 65 Evolved Pokémon when the required one are 71.
