We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. However, we are unable to give an estimated time as to when the servers will be up once again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. An announcement on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.

Also, take note that these are the requirements to be able to catch Mew: With that said, i just checked your account and i noticed that you have only 65 Evolved Pokémon when the required one are 71. That means that you have to change your password from the DASHBOARD making sure to choose an alphanumerical one (Characters allowed from A to Z and 0 to 9).   10. Hi @leola1991 ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the coins you have received are called Game Coins and they can be spent in Goldenrod City Gamecorner. In order to spend them however you have first to defeat Piedy and Diepy, the two boss you can find into the game corner. Once you have defeated both of them, you will be able to do the following, quoting our complete PRO WIKI PAGE - GOLDENROD CITY GAMECORNER Game Coins can be spent at the machines or exchanged for useful things like Pokémon, Items, Possibile Shiny Pokémon (shiny chance improved) and be obtained through quest, like solaceon, and some npc. I would like to inform you that , unfortunately, we do not provide support for Linux users as of now and there is no guarantee that we will provide it in the future. However, this is not a certain thing. Basically, it's because our Developer can't use IL2CPP on Linux. However, even if i cannot guarantee it works, you may try using WINE as a way to use windows applications on linux. Take note that we're still looking for a workaround to this as we understand that we have a small yet significant player base from Linux as well. I understand your concern, but as of now we can't do much. You'll simply have to wait until a potential Linux client is released in the future. However, there is no estimated time for this. Please do note that PRO staff are volunteers and we don't always have the time to look into everything. We also have numerous plans in the future and there are quite a few client concerns right now.   13. Hi @Sero95 ! I would like to inform you that once you're completing the story of a region, you will be able to use only Pokémon native of that region until you will obtain the 8th badge. All the Pokémon of the previous region will be locked into your PC and, as stated, will be unlocked only when you will obtain the 8th badge of the region you are currently playing. This is made to make players fully enjoy the game, without making them rush the regions with Pokémon level 100, and because PRO is an MMO and therefore is intended to be slightly harder than handheld games. Since you are doing Hoenn's story you will be able to use only Pokémon Native of Hoenn and not the one native of Kanto/Johto until you'll obtain the 8th badge of Hoenn. I would like to inform you that it seems like you have activated a Small Membership of 15 days and a Mini Membership of 3 day, and you didn't activate any 30 days membership. Keep in mind that the 3 days membership you have activated recently is expire and it doesn't give 30 days of membership, but just 3 as the description says. Since you've bought your 15 Days around the 13-14th December and activated the 3 days one too, the fact your membership expired today/yesterday would correspond to that. Unfortunately, we cannot gift or refund you anything as there was not any loss and you just activated a 3 days thinking it was a 30 days one. Please familiarise yourself with these if you have not done so already. If you disconnect, it will be counted as a loss unless your opponent agrees to a rematch. Finish the matches within the stated time: If you didn't complete your match within the stated time, the winner will be decided by coinflip. I'm sorry for the inconvenience I would like to inform and ensure you that you didn't lose your progress and that everything is still there, you just need to merge your account and i will now help you explaining how to do that. As first, take note that the Red and Blue server has merged to form the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. You will need to merge your accounts by log in the DASHBOARD and merge your accounts. I checked your account and it seems like you have 140 hours on the Blue Server, so if you want to have back your progress you have to select Blue Server as your main server. To merge your account you can use the following guide under the spoilers: [spoiler= Step 1] Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button: [spoiler=Step 2] Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done! I also suggest to read the EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MERGE for questions you may have and if you should experience any issue while merging. In case that, after the merge, you should still get the Invalid Password/Username error, please go ahead and change your password from the DASHBOARD, ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9) Remember that you are able to play, with your old progress, only on the Silver Server since the server transfers are closed in this moment.   21. Hi @Rennn ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the situation. Could you please try the following procedure: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE After that, try to catch a wild Pokémon and see if you're able to correctly catch it without any issue. -[/hr] Anyway, I would like to inform you that if you have experienced a disconnection/crash or you killed/released a certain legendary, beating Nikola will give you another possibility to battle the chosen legendary. However, if you have not caught yet Manaphy, there is not a limit of time for how much you can try to catch it through Nikola. That means that if you have lost against Nikola, you should still be able to battle him and select Manaphy as a Pokemon to resummon. Keep in mind however that, if you have battled already Nikola, the cooldown is 21 days and, if you have already the caught data of Manaphy (because you caught it and released it) you will have only 1 more chance to resummon Manaphy after defeating him. Take also note that Nikola is now stronger than before and that you can't use items against him. As for the next time you will battle Nikola, i suggest you to be as much prepared as possible and to bring with you anything that may improve the chances of catching Manaphy, like a great amount of pokeballs or a masterball and a Pokémon with status moves and false swipe. Also, make sure to select the best time to do that, checking that your connection is working correctly and that the server is not having issues. I would like to inform you that if you have experienced a disconnection/crash or you killed/released a certain legendary, beating Nikola will give you another possibility to battle the chosen legendary. However, if you have not caught yet Manaphy, there is not a limit of time for how much you can try to catch it through Nikola. That means that if you have lost against Nikola, you should still be able to battle him and select Manaphy as a Pokemon to resummon. Keep in mind however that Nikola's cooldown is 21 days and, if you have already the caught data of Manaphy (because you caught it and released it) you will have only 1 more chance to resummon it after defeating Nikola.. In fact eevee can spawn at Morning, Day and Night. Take note however that Morning and Night require a membership.
