I would like to inform you that in the past, as a way to apologize for some technical difficulties and thanks for the patience, we had given 40 coins per server to all the players on Red/Blue/Yellow. With that said, when Blue & Red got merged to form Silver, all the coins on the servers have been merged too. Therefore, since you had 40 coins on Red and 40 coins on blue, you now have 80 coins on Silver. Also, in the future please remember to use your main account to make a thread as this would help us to have a better understanding of the situation and provide a better support. However, it is yet not possible to obtain them as the items necessary for the evolutions are not available to players yet. Unfortunately, i cannot give you an estimated time for when they will be obtainable from players. Please, do note that staff members are volunteers and they act in their own time.   5. Hi @NonEstP4x ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced. However, i was not able to replicate the error. Is it possible that you experienced a disconnection or a crash? If that happened after a crash on our end, please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Instead, if it was an error on your end, you may want to troubleshoot your hardware and check your connection. Anyway, unfortunately i cannot refund you of your loss because this would be unfair towards all the players that accepted their loss due to a bug. Could you please try the following: Install the latest version of .NET Framework Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. Delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found here Restart your computer Run the program as Administrator Disable your Firewall and Reinstall. I would like to inform you that Jura Cave is a cave located in Leev Island, which can be accessed from Lilycove City Harbor once you are Hoenn Champion and you have an active membership. Take note that if you have never been in Leev Town, to be able to freely access Jura Cave you have to start/complete first the quest related to aerodactyl that you will find on the town. To do just reach the town and interact with the scientists. Once you reach Leev Town Port, to access Jura Cave you have to head east and then then shift north. However, i can assure you that the Membership correctly works and i've personally checked that. In specific, your membership will expire the 2019-01-23. If you are curious to test it by yourself, you can simply check with the Sevii Island NPC in Vermilion's Dock, that is a NPC that can be used only from Active Membership users. Unfortunately i cannot give you an estimated time for when the issue will be fixed, please do note that staff members are volunteers and so they act in their own time. However, you should be able to correctly hunt your Pokémon; and if you didn't find one is mainly due to RNG . This has been made in order to give time to players to fully enjoy the event and discover everything and exploring the new maps and contents. However, i can assure you that a guide about that will be created later in the future after we will have given the necessary time to players to enjoy it. If you are curious to know where the second part of the event starts, you have to interact with Lyzabeth in Eumi Island Theme Park 3 and following the dialogues. Remember that to be able to start the second part, you need to have completed the first part.   20. Hi @YUDOX ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. To start the quest you have to interact with Sailor Jacob and reach Eumi Island paying a fee of 5.000 pokedollars. From there just keep going North until you will reach Eumi Island Theme Park 1 and interact with the Receptionist. Once you've talked with her, you have to talk with Wattson in front of New Mauville and he will tell you about the Captain Phantom. Now, get back in Lilycove City and the three npc-grunts should not be there anymore and you can continue with the quest. About the connection, it may have been an issue on your end. If you should experience frequently disconnections, you may want to try to reset/restart your router or internet connection and in case call your provider. If that was an error on our end, we're sorry about that but unfortunately our servers stability isn't perfect, but we are always working and trying to improve it. If you just lost to the captain, you should have been sent to the Pokecenter but you should be able to get back in the temple and fight him again.
