That means that you have to change your password from the DASHBOARD making sure to choose an alphanumerical one (Characters allowed from A to Z and 0 to 9). Hi @OnimushaWarlord ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I was not able to reconstruct the error. Can you try to log out for 5 minutes then reconnenct and try again? If that should not sovle the issue, could you please delete/uninstall the client and all the remaining files on your device, temporary files included. After that, download again the latest version of the client from POKEMON REVOLUTION DOWNLOAD and try again to use the move relearner? Take note that, unfortunately, we're not able to refund you of your loss money or TM because this would be unfair towards other players. After you beat Pastoria Gym,go to the north of pastoria city and you will find a Galatic Grunt there you need to follow him though routes 213 & Valor Lakefront you need to beat him! After that, you need to go up and talk with Cynthia, she will give you the Secret Potion ask you to give that to the Psyducks in Route 210. She will also ask to give the Old Charm to her Grandma in Celestic Town. Unfortunately, we're not providing any support for Linux users as of now, but that doesn't mean we wont do that in the future. Although there's no guarantee that we will do that. Basically, it's because our Developer can't use IL2CPP on Linux. We're still looking for a workaround to this as we understand we have a small yet significant player base from Linux as well. I understand your concern, but as of now we can't do much. You'll simply have to wait until a potential Linux client is released in the future. However, there is no estimated time for this. Please do note that PRO staff are volunteers and act in their own time. However, i would like to ensure you that we're working to bring new updates and contents for all the players to enjoy. Hi @darthkuriboh ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reset your progress as of now due to the topic being closed the 3rd September 2018. If you would like to reset your account you would have to wait until Admins open the topic again. Take note that there is not an estimated time for this happening. Also, keep in mind that even if the topic would be open in this moment, you would not be able to reset since you would not meet the requirements. For future reference, you can check the thread and the requirements at this link: NAME CHANGE & ACCOUNT RESET. Take note that. quoting our rules: That means that, if you have not reached yet the limit, you can create a new account with a different email and start a new adventure on the server you prefer. Hi @Refusinq ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Are you sure you didn't talk already with them? The next step, after the library, is going in Valor Lakefront, near Pastoria. If you are sure you didn't do that, could you please try to press F2, type clearmaps and, after pressing enter, restart your client. You should be able to do the same on android by opening the console swiping down from the top of your display and repeating the procedure said above. If that should not fix your issue, please delete the client and all the remaining files (temporary files, .zip included) and download again the latest version of the client from here: PRO OFFICIAL DOWNLOAD Let me know how it goes, have a great day !

Hi @ghassen607 ! The Repel allow you to encounter Pokémon with the same level or higher than your first Pokémon in your party. Quoting our REPEL TRICK GUIDE: Keep in mind that your first Pokémon in the party can either be fainted or alive, the important is having the correct level. Then, you can place in the 2nd slot of your party a Pokémon with Synchro ability alive. You can check which Pokémon can be repel tricked, and which level your Pokémon msut be to do that, by doing the command ^repel nameofthepokemon on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD. Since we do not offer any support as of now for linux users, Wine is the best legit way to emulate Windows applications on Linux. Both Wine and Crouton should not cause any issue. Unfortunately, since we do not offer support for Linux users, i cannot guarantee that it will fix your issue and allow you to play the game. The worst is that you won't be able to play on your Chromebook and so you will be able to play only on you Mac/Windows/Smartphone. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Ancient Power is a move learnt by level up, therefore you can teach it back to your Tangela by interacting with the Move Relearner and paying 2000 pokedollars. Hi @ChewiYT ! Unfortunately, we do not really have direct support for Chromebook because not all the applications can be run on Chrome OS and we do not provide any support for Linux users as of now. There is something you could try but i cannot guarantee that it will allow you to play on your chromebook. You can try to install both WINE and CROUTON . To install the desktop version of Wine, you’ll need to enable developer mode and install Crouton to get a Linux desktop alongside your Chrome OS system. You can then install Wine on the Linux desktop and use it to install Windows programs (such as PRO's Windows client) just as you’d use Wine on a typical Linux desktop. Whenever you want to use a Windows program (Like PRO), you could just switch between your Chrome OS system and Linux desktop with a keyboard shortcut. Again, i cannot guarantee it will allow you to play but it is something you could try. Let me know if it worked for you and if you have any further questions. Have a great day !

Hi @kuu234 ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, you can't teach the move Wish to Chansey as this is not a move that Chansey can learn in any way. Chansey was able to have Wish on handheld games only during the Gen III (sapphire/ruby/ emerald and green leaf/red fire) event by receiving the Pokémon with already the move. Since PRO mechanics are mostly updated to Gen 7, and are going to keep being updated, Chansey is not able to learn Wish in any way on PRO. To check which moves Chansey can learn, you can check this bulbapedia page: CHANSEY. If you mean HEALING WISH instead, chansey learn it through level up. Let me know if you have any other questions.
