Hi @victorkhaos ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. As first i would like to inform you that we are currently having issues with the merge and, because of that, it is better to refrain from merging until further announcement. However, i can see that all your progress is on the Gold Server, while you have zero on Red/Blue, and want to transfer all your progress from Gold to Silver. But this is not possible. Unfortunately, you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018). If you would like to transfer servers, you would have to wait until the Admins open the topic again. For future reference, you can find the topic and the requirements for the transfer here: SERVER TRANSFER TOPIC. Hi @Yung1 ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like you used the lending system to lend your Garchomp while holding Rocket Helmet. Because of that, the item didn't come back to you as it is stated in the LENDING SYSTEM & FAQ. -Quoting for Visibility- This means that the item is now in the backpack of the player you lent your Garchomp to, which is Amarendra, or holded from one of the said player Pokémon. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund you of your item as it is written and stated in the LENDING SYSTEM & FAQ that the item doesn't come back to the owner. However, you may want to try to contact the player and kindly ask if it is possible to get back your item explaining the situation, but we can't guarantee anything and we can't take actions for the reasons said above. Could you please try the following: Try Alt+Tab Use an Escape Rope Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar Log out, and then back in Close the whole client and start PRO again Please, let me know if you have been successful in solving your issue. Hi @mhawon1 ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like during August you've traded to another player a Xatu level 77 and that this Pokémon had your Pick Axe as a hold item. Unfortunately, we're not able to refund your item as this was a normal trade and you've normally traded that to another player. I'm sorry about that but i hope you can understand. This is because it can be encountered in the wild at level 10-14, in the current location: Pidgeot #Map Area Daytime Rarity MS Level Item Route 24 Land D Tier 6 No 10-14 - Safari Effort Wald 1 Land M/D/N Tier 1 No 15-19 - You can check all the spawn location of a Pokémon with the related infos on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD by doing the command ^s nameofthepokemon in the #bot-commands channel. Hi @hiepcbla5 ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that when you disconnect during a battle, the battle will be counted as lost and you will be teleported to your last visited Pokeécenter. In this case, if Steven still ask you to beat deoxys and wont make you enter the moon, you have to go back on the Moon, check if deoxys is still there and defeat it . If you have already defeated deoxys and it's not there anymore, look for Rayquaza into the Moon and interact with it to be teleported back in the city. After that, talk with Steven and you should be able to challenge the gym. Hi @djsakib ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. This was an issue caused by mismatched IDs for the clothing. However, i would like to inform you that a fix has been added into the game. Fashion Girl Emily in Celadon Mart 1 is able to exchange between Goth and Autumn Colored Clothes for free. This is so you can trade in your clothes and have them changed back to normal. Hi @love2811 ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you plese try to install the latest version of the the .NET Framework and try to launch again the client. If this should not work, please try the followin: Delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found here Restart your computer Run the program as Administrator Disable your Firewall and Reinstall. Put all PRO Files in a different folder Install .NET Framework 4.0 if client closes but patcher doesn't open. Looking to your reply.

Hi @Jazlan94 ! I would like to inform you that, for the Kanto Elite Four, you can train your Pokémon in the Victory Road or in Seafoam B4F since those are the only areas you can access with your progress. Take note that it is possible. and suggested, to beat the Elite Four simply using a Gyarados and a Gengar with a level around 85 and not necessarily level 100. Also, keep in mind that evolving your Pokémon will make them require more experience to level up. Therefore, it is suggested to evolve them when they are high levels. Hi @PokeyBawllls ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunantely, we are unable to de-evolve pokemon due to technical restraints. The only thing we can do is deleveling Pokémon, but not de-evolving them. This is stated in our Evolution & Deleveling Request Megathread: If you are interested, i suggest you to hunt for a Rattata in the Mt. Silver Expert belt, as it can be encountered at level 50-54. Then, you can level it up in Mt. Silver, Dragon Den, Seafoam BF4, Victory Road. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi @Madtrainer ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The example you provided is not valid since, in case of the burn, softboiled would go before the burn damage . Take note that there is a bug regarding recoil damage moves-items and confusion where, sometimes, if opponent's Pokemon faints due to one of those, your Pokemon will not complete the chosen move. The issue has been forwarded to our developers, and it will be fixed as soon as possible. Take note that there is not an estimated time for this to happen since staff members are volunteers and they act in their own time, therefore our developers may be busy. Could you please try disabling full-screen optimizations of the game. First, right click the application, then click properties. Afterwards, select compatibility then tick the box that says 'Disable full screen optimizations', click okay and finally, click apply. [spoiler=Disabling fullscreen optimizations] If that doesn't resolve your issue, then you may try the following options. • Run the game in compatibility mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager Looking to your reply, have a great day !

Have you tried to do that with both the resolution 1024x768 and 800x600 and see if it works with one of them? ▪︎ Change your desktop screen resolution from your Windows settings ▪︎ Launch your PRO game client ▪︎ Once the game is open, revert your resolution change back to your initial one In theory, it should work with one of them. You can also change resolution to 1024, restart your PC and try again. Also, make sure to not change resolution before the game is open. Looking to your reply.
