As stated by @PurpleMauth, which i want to thanks, you can check when your Membership expire by log in the DASHBOARD and check the expiration date that you can find below the text "Membership". Take note that the time displayed is when the Membership expires, and not the activation date. If you instead want to check when your Black Medallion will expire, you can interact with the Psychic Yukki which can be found into the Pokecenters. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi @prottoy009 ! I'm sorry about the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that, quoting our game rules: About your friend, if he can't receive the activation email, could you please make him follow the steps HERE to get the activation email resent? Remember to check the junk mail and make sure he typed your email correctly. Also, take note that the email could take up to 30 minutes to be received. Also, using a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome could also help along with google chrome incognito mode. If he should not recieve the email yet, please make him try to create an account with GMAIL, YAHOO and OUTLOOK, since they are the most reliable. Take note that the password must be alphanumerical, that means that only characters from A to Z and 0 to 9 are accepted. Let me know if you have been successful in solving the issue and if you have any other questions. -

Hi @sarbjeetsingh ! Unfortunantely, we are unable to de-evolve pokemon due to technical restraints. The only thing we can do is deleveling Pokémon, but not de-evolving them. This is stated in our Evolution & Deleveling Request Megathread: Let me know if you have any further questions. -

Hi @NonEstP4x ! We're sorry for the inconvenience. Is it possible that the item you're referring to as "Sharp Tooth" is instead the Razor Claw? If yes, is it possible that you used it to evolve Sneasel to Weavile, since that is the required item to evolve it? Take note that after the evolution the item gets consumed and disappear. If that's the case, you can obtain another Razor Claw in the following ways: Location: - At any pvp-coin shop for 5 pvp-coins (Vermillion, Blackthorn, Mauvile and Canalave). - Rock Tunnel 2 - Dig spots. - Possible boss reward by Suhuzen. - May held by some wild Pokémon: #Pokemon Map Area Daytime Rarity MS Level Sneasel Ice Path B2F Land N Tier 7 No 21-23 Sneasel Ice Path B3F Land N Tier 7 No 17-19 Sneasel Icefall Cave 1F Land M/D/N Tier 7 Yes 30-34 Sneasel Icefall Cave B1F Land M/D/N Tier 7 No 30-34 Sneasel Mt. Hi @TanerSaydam ! I would like to inform you that the effects of the Membership Medallions doesn't stack if activated two times. You will just extend the lenght of the membership. For example, activating 2x Membership Medallions 15 Days will result in you having the membership active for 30days, but the effect won't stack and will remain the following: 50% experience-gain bonus. 100% increase to the money-yield rate. Membership Exclusive Pokemon and Areas. About the Black Medallion, it raises the chance of encounter a Pokémon with Hidden Ability from 5%, which is the normal chance without the boost, to 25% for 72 hours. Hi @Cotton09 ! We're sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, you may have been apart of a wipe that happened in the past. Your account would’ve been wiped if it was inactive for a year and had less than 10 hours on it. This was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes. Since account was wiped, then we wouldn’t be able to retrieve your data. In this case, we may be able to offer you an account reset. Are you interested in taking this offer? Hi @ANIKETSK181 ! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that, as you stated, Macho Brace doubles any effort values that are obtained by the Pokémon holding it during a battle. However, as a counterbalance, during a battle it also halves the speed of Pokémon holding it. Take note that the speed of the Pokémon holding is halved only during a battle, therefore the item affect only your in-battle speed and not your IV or EV speed points. Having a lower speed in-battle means that, if the enemy Pokémon has higher speed than your, then your Pokémon will attack after the enemy one. Hi @monhuntress ! I would like to inform you that the ' Membership Date ' you can see in the dashboard is the expiration date, and not the activation one. That means that your Membership expired the 22 November 2018. Is it possible that you activated the 3 Days Membership Medallion that was given as a gift from us to all the players, thinking it was instead of 30 days? Also, please refrain from posting your personal info, such as email and ip, as those are mean to be kept private. Let me know if you have any further questions. -

Hi there! As stated by Verdigris, which i want to thanks, the new balls can be obtained through the Advent Boss and you can also get them, if you are lucky, on the Eumi Casino. Take note that to partecipate to the event, you must have already defeated the Hoenn E4 and not be locked in any region! In addition, remember that you can access Eumi Island Town by talking with Sailor Jacob in Lilycove City Harbor. Hi @Emiliho! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that, as you stated, that the Abandoned Pokémon that you can find in Goldenrod City can be a Spinarak, or an Aryados. Also, Staryu can be found, as an Abandoned Pokémon, in Olivine City.
