Hello to all competitive PRO PvPers! This year, PRO Staff have decided to launch another Summer PvP Tournament, which is open to everyone who meets the requirements to sign up and wishes to participate. This is our 6th year hosting an annual PvP tournament! Are you ready to face off against the rest of your server to battle for bragging rights, and a unique reward to set you apart from the rest? The Tournament will consist of a double-elimination bracket. The bracket will be randomly seeded, recorded and posted on Youtube; Registration will begin now (17nd July 2024), and end on 3rd August, 2023, 23:59 GMT Each round will last 5 days (except for Finals that last 7 days). All matches prior to the Finals on both brackets will be best of 3 Winner's Bracket Finals, Losers' Bracket Finals, and Grand Finals will be best of 5 Loser Bracket winner has to win 2x Bo5 against the winner bracket winner in order to win the tournament. Should any circumstances necessitate changes to this format, Tournament Staff will give at least a week's notice before the tournament begins. Only one account per player may enter the tournament. Each user can participate only to one tournament, gold one or silver one. Ghosting is forbidden. Players may seek assistance prior to matches, but may not confer with other players during the game or allow another player to play for them. The Pokemon pool of players will not be limited, so there is no need to register teams. All Ranked PvP Rules apply. Battle MUST be started using the command /battle Username,true - This command enables the PVP rules blocks, like normal ranked. In the event that any Ranked PvP Rules are changed while the tournament is in progress, the change takes effect immediately in this tournament as well. Should any moves, abilities, Pokemon, or items be coded between the start of the tournament and its end, those moves, abilities, Pokemon, or items may not be used. Players are not required to record matches, but it is recommended, as it may be impossible for staff to validate reports if they choose not to. Should any Ranked PvP Rule be broken, the offending player will forfeit the game. Should either player disconnect, the other player may either claim a game victory or allow a rematch at their discretion. For disconnect, we mean the kind of disconnection that entirely end the battle and not the new reconnecting feature. Should the server crash during the game, a rematch is to be played with the same teams, unless a player demonstrates to Tournament Staff that they were in a position where they could not reasonably lose the game. Should any match fail to be completed, both players must submit evidence of activity to Tournament Staff. If Tournament Staff should decide that either player was not sufficiently active, that player shall be disqualified. If both (or neither) players were sufficiently active, the match will be decided by coin-flip. Any reports of participants breaking rules should be accompanied by as much evidence as possible, preferably video. Screenshots will reinforce your case, but may not be considered concrete proof. PRO Rules will continue to be enforced with no regard for the tournament. If an infraction would render a player unable to participate in a round, that player forfeits the round. Toxicity and despicable behavior will not be tolerated, both during matches as well as before and after. Sustained behavior of this sort may lead to disqualification. Match fixing is not tolerated. Players may not attempt to bribe or coerce other players to forfeit or intentionally play poorly. By entering the tournament, you agree that Tournament Staff have final say over all tournament-related decisions. Staff do not take any responsibility if the user is unable to play the match cause they decided to transfer and are unable to transfer back (e.g due to lack of CC, etc) All Pokemon used have to be Level 100. The issue here is that you are trying to upload an image that is 2000 x 1000 and then trying to resize it AFTER you uploaded it. However, the forum blocks you because te limit is 600 x 270. Resizing it on any website to a dimension lower than that should allow you to upload. Try to download this and upload it.

The link of the image in your signature, as well as on your friend's thread, starts with i https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/. This means that the image is hosted on discord, and not on our server/forum. Once you open the image, it looks like the image has been deleted on discord, and therefore is no more accessible. You can upload images directly on our forum, without copy the link from discord, by dragging them into the chat or pressing "choose files". Please, upload the images directly on our forum, and do not just copy the link from Discord.

@Viscabarcaa and @Mvnschaalke have both been refunded 500k as we were able to prove it. Reason it took so long, beside the fact we are having a staff-shortage, is that unfortunately there was an issue on database side and we have no way to log of the purchase. @Justkaio, you have not been refunded yet because you posted DAYS after the fix, contrary to the others who posteed before, and missing the log we have no way to prove it. I'll try to speak with the DEVs and see if we can find a way, but can guarantee anything, I am very sorry.

Hello there @Darksoul56 Given the reason mentioned in the alert that I sent you, the original thread had to be splitted in order to be moved in a private area. First of all, let me explain that two players from the same house can compete for the Top 25, as long as they follow the PVP rules and subsequently it can be proved, if necessary for possible rule violation, that they are not the same person. It's important to be able to prove (either thanks to our tools or through the players themselves) that it's two different people, because otherwise anyone could ladder with 3x accounts (obtaining 3x rewards) and claim they are their 2 brothers, while it might not be true. We have several people playing from the same house, including couples, brothers, university roommates, and so on, and it is not our intention to restrict/limit them by allowing only one of them to enjoy the game. Hello there Yauga and thanks a lot for your patience. After asking the Content Admin, the reason why the NPC does not stop players from purchasing more units of the same crystal is because, while in the official games you can assign one crystal to more Pokemon, on PRO that is not possible and therefore players might need more than one. Hello there @Darklight0 Thanks for your patience. I want to start by clarifying that in-game refunds (to not confuse with donation refunds) are generally requested in situations like: User buys an item twice by mistake (e.g. 2 pickaxes); User buys an item to sell it and finds later that it's untradeable; User buys an item and it's not in the way it was advertised and similar issues (e.g., glasses in the icon are green, but you buy them and they are orange); Bugs and similar. In your case, you intentionally bought the EXP Boost and also the Zorua Hat (as stated by you as well); however, you made a mistake and bought Dewott Mount rather than Oshawott Mount. Given that, I cannot refund you the EXP Boost or the Zorua Hat exactly because they were purchased intentionally and do not fall into any of the above or similar categories. However, I switched the Dewott Mount with an Oshawott Mount since that's what you originally wanted, and I understand mistakes can happen. Please understand that if we start to refund players for items they intentionally bought but now don't want anymore, either because they don't need them anymore or don't like them anymore, it would just create an uncontrollable amount of requests and we would have no way to deal with it as it would be impossible to place fair limits. Considering this is about 'spawning money' (a refund), we have to properly review the entire case to collect the proper evidences in order to make sure to refund only the people that actually suffered the loss due to the bug. Without verifying the situation, anyone could claim they paid 500k instead of 250k even if false and we would end up gifting money to a player, which would be a huge problem.
