  2. Happy to hear the issue has been solved, wish you a wonderful day !
  3. Ehi there @Bijoumode We are sorry for the inconvenience. The issue was mainly caused by the fact that you reset the Dark Realm in the past. However, we can see that you had actually caught Marowak already, so we have fixed it for you. The next time you will enter the Nightmare Battlefield you should be able to see your Pokemon, can you please check and let me know?
  5. Thread locked due to necropost, follow indication written by the staff member above if any issue should occurr and if those won't help, then just contact us back making a new thread.
  6. Ehi there @Lug1a The cooldown for that Lugia is between 1 and 4 days, entirely random and you have to beat it to get the caught data. Hopefully that helps and clarify the topic As the question has been answered, I am gonna lock the topic. Please, do not hesitate to contact us for any other question, we'll be happy to help! - Keita/Shinohara
  7. Ehi there Wakaranaii ! As Bash said above, unfortunately the only way is to copy the entire spoiler content outside the spoiler and then delete the spoiler by selecting it and pressing backspace. I wish there would be a more comfortable way, but that's the only way Invision allow Since your question has been answered, I am gonna lock the thread. If you have any other question or need help with anything, do not hesitate to contact us ! - Keita/Shinohara

  9. Hello, and thank you for keeping us up to date on the situation. We had to temporarily remove you from the PRO Discord since you were sending links to so many gamers (to me as well). However, once you have deactivated your account (or changed your password), please contact me on Discord so that I can invite you back on this or the new account Discord uses IP (and other methods) to ban users by default, therefore you will most likely be unable to rejoin before I manually invite you back. As for how you got hacked, the only way to end up in this situation is to click on the same kind of links your account sent to people. You were most likely sent a scam by another hacked person, and thus you were hacked as well after clicking on it. These bots operate similarly to an epidemic or a virus by infecting one account and then utilize that account to infect other accounts, which in turn infect others. Wish you a great day. - Shinohara/Keita
  10. I'd like to begin by saying that there have been various issues with the Summer Tournament on either the Staff or Player side, so with this text I'm not attempting to blame anyone in particular, but rather to communicate the solution that will be implemented beginning with the next one. First and foremost, let us address the issues: Amount of time Players can invest in the Tournament This, in my opinion, is one of the most serious issues encountered so far, as it is the reason why a significant number of matches are coinflipped. Of course, a coinflip is performed only when both the user actually try to schedule an equal, or really similar, amount of time but both are unable to find each other. If you only have a few hours a week available (for example, 30 minutes a day or 1 hour a day and available only 3 days a week, as many people do), I believe you should not even register for the tournament, being completely honest. As the host, I am unable to verify the amount of time available to each user before they register (they could just lie to me), however, I will be far more strict with these players in the future. Not understanding how Scheduling works It's not a correct schedule if X writes "Ehi @Y, Let's play tomorrow at 15:30 AM" without even asking Y if they are available and having an agreement. Even less, I cannot give X the victory and use as reason "Y was not present to play". Sounds simple and should not even need to be explained, yet many people believe it works that way and become angry when they are told they are wrong and why. Rewards Distrubution, Surrendering & Manipulation attempts from player sides This is probably the aspect that surprised me the most because one of the most common complaints from PVP players is the difficulty in obtaining a "pvp viable" legendary, so you'd think they'd be delighted when you offered them a perfect shiny legendary 4x31 2x30 IV. As it appears that this was a wrong belief on my part, we will eliminate the "first and second reward" category from the next tournament and instead let the first place to chose whether to get the shiny legendary or the rerolls, preventing in this way any sort of surrendering to manipulate the results and that would damage the nature of the tournament (being a competition players-vs-players through a pvp battle). Violation of the Game Rules & Manipulation of Facts The game has rules, and you agree to them when you register to it So far, I've been really relaxed, and I don't believe we've penalized anyone for breaking them in the Summer Tournament environment/discord, but this will change. Everyone is, obviously, permitted to have their own opinion and express it in a calm and respectful way. However, if you are unable to do so and start insulting others and distorting facts, ending up manipulating and creating lies, you will be punished. We are in the year 2022, and mutual respect should be the base for every social interaction. Punishments will be extended even outside of the Summer Tournament if considered necessary, only to offer participants another reason not to breach them. Everything will begin with a warning, unless the situation is so severe that a tougher approach is required, followed by a ban from the tournament (regardless of your place in the tournament) or a game punishment if necessary. Round Extension Contrary to what someone says, round extensions are extremely uncommon, lasting only one or two days, and are offered to players in order to avoid a coinflip. For example, if two participants can only battle one day after the deadline, it's best to allow them to play (given the tournament's competitive nature) than coinflipping, which would be extremely sad. Needless to say, if the round ends at 5 a.m. and I go to bed at 3 a.m. and wake up at 9 a.m. , that is not an "extension" because I am not a robot and will not sacrifice my health for that. If anything related to rewards will be changed, it will obviously be announced before the next tournament start.
  11. PRO is a Videogame where we do our best to create an environment people can have fun and relax while playing it. Any form of harassment, deplorable behavior and in general anything that threats the game and its community is not welcome and is punished by us. We do not discriminate any player and don't want to mix. politic in the game. You were simply banned for insulting our community, going in game and harass, insult and have fun of people based on their religions or the country they come from. As well as stuff like this (forum censor some word automatically) Your ban is permanent, have a good day. Thread Locked.
  12. Hello there and sorry for the delay experienced in receiving an answer. Your item has been refunded after your request has been reviewed, please be more careful the next time. - Keita/Shinohara
  13. I would like to start in the first place clarifying that it's impossible to actualaly limit the use of a reaction in a specific subforum. The whole 'takes one minute to fix' argument is honestly disrespectful and ignorant, cause it's literally speaking without not even having the understanding of how the system works. It's basically like if I (irl job 3d designer / animation designer) would be trying to explain someone who's a mechanic since dozen years how to repair a car despite I have never touched a car before. Honestly speaking I'm not planning to remove said reaction from the whole forum just cause some person take reactions as something personal and have meltdown and go mad when those are added. Reactions do not create any problem to the auction it self (like someone above stated) which proceed smooth, contrary to how words would do since words have the power to actually move away possible buyers (e.g mentioning price is too high, pokemon is bad, etc). Needless to say, there's actually a line between using a reaction and actually harassing someone. Using reactions in general won't cause any problem to the auction itself (like stated before), however when the same laughing reaction is applied from the same user to the same person (see spoiler below), then it becomes harassing and staff generally takes action. See for example this user, Patino, who used laughing emoji to spam toward who he dislikes (pretty much): Staff in these cases obviously take action, it's something natural to do since this is harassing. Following your example, should I remove the heart emoji cause if used someone could misinterpret it like someone is trying to stalk you? Not important, but laughing reaction actually works like 'likes', therefore increasing reputation of the account it's applied on.
  14. Introduction As you may know, current EXP mechanics are not always friendly towards new players, sometimes forcing them to keep a Pokemon unevolved to maximize EXP gain. Due to that, we have decided to rework the entire EXP system to improve our players' experience, especially in the early game. This new system, based on the official Gen 7 EXP system with some minor adjustments to make it more PRO-friendly, introduces cool features such as EXP Share (á la gen2 as well as Party Exp. share which is deactivated by default) and allows players to evolve their Pokemon more comfortably. Testing Method To participate in EXP rework testing, players are required to download the Test Client (Click here to Download), available only for Windows, and log on Test. Once downloaded, for a correct and successful test, players must: Play the story from the beginning. Screenshot their teams before entering (the first time) and after finishing gyms. Give feedback about the EXP Rework and briefly summarize their personal experience. The screenshots and feedback has to be posted here, on this thread. Rewards For every region you played, we will give out a legendary IV-Locked Reroll or an instantly activated 30-days MS on the account you played with. To be eligible for an IV-locked reroll, you must follow all the Testing Method instructions. Therefore, you have to submit screenshots of your team before and after each gym, as well as give adequate feedback, for each region that you play. Additional Info The public test ends on September 27th 11:59 PM GMT+0. You get a bicycle, Tree Axe, Pick Axe and Flashlight at game start. The played data will be deleted once the public test was finished! Gen2 Exp. Share can be obtained in Vermilion City. All users are trade banned.

How To Participate Step 1: Download the following images: ANIMATION POKEBALL INVENTORY ICON Step 2: Let your creativity run wild and create your Pokeball! Reward For every Pokeball that will be considered good to be added in game, 50 PVE Coins will be rewarded. Important Notes We ask you to edit the given Pokeball images without erasing anything else. 16. NOTE: For Auctions, please READ the, AUCTION RULE (Click Here) to avoid infractions. Important: We recommend to take screenshots of EVERY trade agreement (for every trade, lend, auction, service, etc) as they are always needed for both staff and players. GENERAL TRADE RULES When advertising, be clear and accurate about what you are buying, selling or auctioning. When stating a Pokemon is IV+ (25+, 26+, etc), all stats must be equal to, or above the advertised numbers. Exception: Decreased ATK, SPATK or SPD stats. e.g. A Timid Pokemon may be advertised as 25+, if all stats except Attack are above 25. Announcing a lend, sale, offer or bid with no intention or means to follow through is prohibited. Once a deal is agreed upon, you cannot back out of it. A deal is done in one of these two scenarios: In-game: Both parties have agreed to a price and location. Forum & Auction: An Insta or Fixed Price has been met, or auction won. Scamming, Misleading or Deceiving players is prohibited. Reserves (buy now, pay later agreements) are prohibited. Players must have the means to make full payment from the time of committing to a trade agreement (making an offer, bid, or agreeing to a deal) until completion of the trade or outbid. When making a service agreement (Level-Up, EV-Training, Lending, PokeDex Data, Story / Quest, Boss, etc), players must take full responsibility to ensure that the service is completed as agreed. Any actions not explicitly allowed by the agreement (e.g. irreversible damage such as evolving) are prohibited. CROSS SERVER RULES When moving an existing Selling/Auction thread from Silver or Gold forums to Cross Server, the current thread must first be marked as closed. When a trade is agreed between players from different servers, the creator of the thread is responsible for transferring unless different conditions are agreed between seller and buyer. To prevent confusion about auction end times, only one Cross-Server sale can be run at a time per player, with a maximum of 1 Pokemon per post. TRADE TERMINOLOGY • WTS, WTB & WTT. - WTS (Want To Sell), WTB (Want To Buy), and WTT (Want to Trade) indicates the user's intention when making their trade post or thread. • LFM. - LFM (Looking For More) is used by a seller to indicate that they are looking for a higher offer. • SO, BO & CO. - SO (Starting Offer) indicates the minimum offer required to begin an auction. CONTACTING A TRADE MODERATOR CREDITS TO: Flik & Rekkuza: Established first Trade Rules thread. Khlover & Arkos: Held threads and updated them while active Moderators. Letrix: Revamped the trade forums, along with Trade Rules & Important Information. Logan, Tigerous, Salt & Hercules: Made several additions, changes and clarifications to Trade Rules. 17. NOTE: In auctions, ALL the GENERAL TRADE RULES (Click Here) apply. Please, read them to to avoid breaking rules. We recommend that buyers make and keep evidence of their bids with timestamps, as they are needed for both players and staff. This is not necessary where bids are placed on the forum. [BUYER] GENERAL AUCTION RULES Bids cannot be withdrawn once placed. In-game: Bids cannot be edited. Forum: Bids may be edited, however, they cannot be changed to a lower price than initially set. Bidders are required to possess and maintain the offered currency (Pokedollars, Coin Capsules, etc) until the end of the auction, unless they are outbid. If the account used to pay is different from the one used to make the bid, it must be stated at the time of the bid. [SELLER] GENERAL AUCTION RULES Auctions cannot be cancelled once started. All bids must be acknowledged, and all current/best offers must be publicly announced with the bidder's username and bid amount. In-game: This applies to every trade post related to the auction. Evidence of all bids received must be made and kept, to be made available upon Staff request. Timestamps are preferred. Forum: This applies to every in-game bid received, and must be acknowledged in the auction thread with a screenshot. Timestamps are preferred. This does not apply to bids received on the forum. Bids made on Discord are not valid or accepted. Accepting known false bids (from alternative account, friend, guildmate, etc) is prohibited. Offers received outside of an auction cannot be: Claimed or used as current or best offer. Used as a starting bid without the buyer's permission. Auction winners must be publicly announced through trade-chat, for in-game auctions, and a message in the auction thread (with a screenshot of the trade) for forum auctions. Once an auction is started, its thread may not be moved. If not started yet, you may move it from Silver/Gold forums to Cross Server only after marking the previous thread closed. The starting price or opening bid must be clearly stated. The auction may not be started until an offer that meets this price is met. The ending time of the auction must also be clearly stated. Once the auction has been started, this time may not be changed. The ending time of an auction is final and must be honored. In-game: End points cannot be extended for any reason, and must be accurate to the second that the auction is set to end. It is recommended to use timestamps to manage your auction correctly. e.g. If the auction ends at 15:00:00, bids are valid until 14:59:59 and no later. Forum: If a bid is received in the final 15 minutes of the auction, the end point will be delayed by 15 minutes from that bid, and will be delayed by 15 minutes for each new bid thereafter, until the current offer has been held for a full 15 minutes. Must be accurate to the minute that the auction is set to end. e.g. If the auction ends at 15:00, it will end at 15:00:00. If a late bid is received in the final 15 minutes, at 14:46, the auction will end at 15:01. If another user bids at 15:00, the auction will be extended again, and will end at 15:15, this will be repeated until the current offer has been held for a full 15 minutes. Insta Prices, Minimum Raises and Accepted Payments are optional, however, if set, must be announced in public, and cannot be changed, negotiated or added once: In-game: The auction has been announced. Forum: The auction has started. Accepted Payments may be offered as an additional or alternative form of payment to pokedollars. These must: Be specified by the seller. Be an item with value clearly specified by the seller before the auction begins (e.g. Coin Capsule = 400k) AUCTION FORMATTING & TEMPLATE SUGGESTIONS Auctioneers are welcome to use a suggested Auction Template, in order to advertise a valid auction: Forum: Please feel free to copy and paste the format below: [Pokemon / Item] Start Point/Price: End Point: Insta: (Optional) Min. Raise: (Optional) Accepted Payment(s): (Optional) In-game: To begin an auction. wts <Pokemon> - s.o. - insta - min raise - auction end X minutes after s.o. is met. e.g. wts <Pokemon> - s.o. - insta - min raise - auction end at hour:minute a.m./p.m. timezone+0. In-game: To announce an ongoing auction: wts <Pokemon> - c.o. - bidder's name - insta - min raise - auction end in X minutes. wts <Pokemon> - c.o. - bidder's name - insta - min raise - auction end at hour:minute a.m./p.m. timezone+0. Timezone Helpers: There are multiple world clock/timezone converters on the internet, feel free to find and use your own preferred tools, however, if you need help getting started, we recommend World Time Buddy, as it also accounts for areas of the globe that observe Daylight Savings. CONTACTING A TRADE MODERATOR CREDITS TO: Logan: Created original Legitimate/Valid Auction Guide. Tigerous, Salt & Hercules: Made several Trade Rule additions, changes and clarifications. Epiales & Equilibrium: For feedback on original Legitimate/Valid Auction Guide from player-staff perspective. Hawluchaa & Ehkoe: Revamped Trade & Auction Rules.
  18. Hello @Nunuclear Altough "18h paris" is easy to be interpreted as "18.00 paris timezone", which is why we are not reversing the trade, please be more clear with your ending point in the future. For example (as stated in the Auction Rules) "18.00 paris time of today" or, even better, "18.00 CEST time of today" are to be preferred and we gently ask you to remember that in the future. In addition, if it helps you, you can use the following format in the future. With this said, I wish you a wonderful day and journey on PRO. Kind regards, - Shinohara
  19. Ehi there @Kevin1234 I have personally moved the Pokemon back to your current main server (Gold) since it was stuck on the Silver server due to the fact deleted Pokemon are not transferred together with the account during the transfer process. You should find the Pokemon in the last slot of your PC. With this said, I wish you a wonderful day and proceed in locking this thread.
  20. Ehi there @Xemoknight I would like to apologize for the delay experienced in fulfilling your request. As of now our GM Team, the team responsible for the username changes, is currently having a lot of work involving RMT/Cheats and therefore username changes might end up being handled slower than usual. No worry, we are aware of your request and we'll make sure to review and fulfill it as soon as possible, please be patient until then. Have a good day.
  21. Hello there @Ooz I am Shinohara/Keita, one of the Administrator of the game. Your username was not changed due to "XXX" being most of the time (almost always except rare times) associated to pornography, which is not something we want to be discussed in any way or form in our game. I hope you can understand that and invite you to select a new, and appropriate, name if you would still like to change it. Kind regards, - Shinohara
  22. Hello to all competitive PRO PvPers! This year, PRO Staff have decided to launch another Summer PvP Tournament, which is open to everyone who meets the requirements to sign up and wishes to participate. This is our 4th year hosting an annual PvP tournament! Are you ready to face off against the rest of your server to battle for bragging rights, and a unique reward to set you apart from the rest? The Tournament will consist of a double-elimination bracket. The bracket will be randomly seeded during a live-stream. Registration will begin now (17/18th June 2022), and end on July 2nd, 2022, 23:59 GMT Each round will last 5 days (except for Finals that last 7 days). The bracket draw will be streamed on July 4th, 2022, and the first round will begin immediately. All matches prior to the Finals on both brackets will be best of 3 Winner's Bracket Finals, Losers' Bracket Finals, and Grand Finals will be best of 5 Loser Bracket winner has to win 2x Bo5 against the winner bracket winner in order to win the tournament. Should any circumstances necessitate changes to this format, Tournament Staff will give at least a week's notice before the tournament begins. Only one account per player may enter the tournament. Each user can participate only to one tournament, gold one or silver one. Ghosting is forbidden. Players may seek assistance prior to matches, but may not confer with other players during the game or allow another player to play for them. The Pokemon pool of players will not be limited, so there is no need to register teams. All Ranked PvP Rules apply. In the event that any Ranked PvP Rules are changed while the tournament is in progress, the change takes effect immediately in this tournament as well. Should any moves, abilities, Pokemon, or items be coded between the start of the tournament and its end, those moves, abilities, Pokemon, or items may not be used. Players are not required to record matches, but it is recommended, as it may be impossible for staff to validate reports if they choose not to. Should any Ranked PvP Rule be broken, the offending player will forfeit the game. Should either player disconnect, the other player may either claim a game victory or allow a rematch at their discretion. For disconnect, we mean the kind of disconnection that entirely end the battle and not the new reconnecting feature. Should the server crash during the game, a rematch is to be played with the same teams, unless a player demonstrates to Tournament Staff that they were in a position where they could not reasonably lose the game. Should any match fail to be completed, both players must submit evidence of activity to Tournament Staff. If Tournament Staff should decide that either player was not sufficiently active, that player shall be disqualified. If both (or neither) players were sufficiently active, the match will be decided by coin-flip. Any reports of participants breaking rules should be accompanied by as much evidence as possible, preferably video. Screenshots will reinforce your case, but may not be considered concrete proof. PRO Rules will continue to be enforced with no regard for the tournament. If an infraction would render a player unable to participate in a round, that player forfeits the round. Toxicity and despicable behavior will not be tolerated, both during matches as well as before and after. Sustained behavior of this sort may lead to disqualification. Match fixing is not tolerated. Players may not attempt to bribe or coerce other players to forfeit or intentionally play poorly. By entering the tournament, you agree that Tournament Staff have final say over all tournament-related decisions. Staff do not take any responsibility if the user is unable to play the match cause they decided to transfer and are unable to transfer back (e.g due to lack of CC, etc) All Pokemon used have to be Level 100. Fill out the following format and make a post in this thread. You will be invited to our official Summer Tournament Discord after you will have registered yourself by posting the filled template in this thread. Pick one of the available and obtainable legendary Pokemon Pokemon conditions: 4x 31 & 2x 30 IVs at maximum/limit but IVs can be decided as you wish as long as within the limit (e.g can have 1 speed) Can be Shiny Can choose Level Can choose Moveset and EVs 3x Locked Reroll Ticket 1x Gold Crown Nature Change OR Ability Change OR 1x Legendary Shiny Mount (Can Pick 2). 2x Locked Reroll Ticket 1x Silver Crown Nature change OR Ability change (Can Pick 1) If the second place picked Nature change, the third place can not pick it 1x Locked Reroll Ticket 1x Bronze Crown Illustrative Image of the Crowns - 1x Fox Mask OR 1x Pancham Hat OR 1x Black Petal Shaymin mount (Pick 1) Illustrative Image Disclaimer: The rewards will be for each server, this means that both silver and gold will have their top 15% Contributions: Shinohara, Qeight, Idkup, Fluffles, , MagicGuard and Senrosia
  23. Hello there and sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. The item was refunded as requested and in addition to that we are considering to implement a female pirate hat as well. The reason why that one is male only is due to the beard but nothing block is from making a new one without it for females characters a as well, so.keep your eyes out on our discord for future updates. As for now I wish you a wonderful day and will proceed in locking the thread.
  24. Item was refunded as requested, have a wonderful day!
  25. Hello there and thanks for the patience. The item has been successfully refunded by removing it and adding you back your PVE Coins. Please, be careful the next time. Wish you a wonderful day. - Keita/Shinohara
