When the server crash you're able to battle him again, but sometimes before the server crash the server kicks everyone and that makes you lose against the boss, unfortunately we can not restart the timer of the boss since we cant through our tools and would be unfair for those users what lost part of their progress with this crash. Greetings, @Crocs11 Sorry for the inconvenience Thanks for report this bug and i have forwarded it to our developers, but i would like inform you the Developers are reworking the Battle-PVP code from scratch right now, this is not an easy work so it can take a little. They are working in a new code because it is not possible anymore to work on the currently code. This means the mostly of the currently bugs will be fixed with this new PVP update, but for that our Developers will need be fully concentrate on the rework. If you would like be informed in the latest upcoming/new updates i would like suggest you join in our DISCORD SERVER there you can find a channel called #announcements where you can check the upcoming information or events. However, there is no ETA when this PvP update will come. If you would like further information about this i would like suggest you have a look this THREAD. Yes, you will need to delete your currently version of pro from your phone or pc and download it again, on pc you will only need to do this 1 time since we implemented an auto updater, but in phone you will need to update it manually. As i could see through our tools you didnt had a shiny arcanine mount before, you had a normal arcanine mount and you traded it to Lion4Nick. About the money, through the merge you didnt lose any money for it, as i could see too you spent the most part of the money so the money you got on your account is the money left you got from the server that you didnt spent. As i could see you logged on Gold server, using our tools i saw that time ago you was playing on BLUE SERVER, there you have your Charizard mount and part of your progress, if you would like get back your progress, items and pokemons back please merge your account from the DASHBOARD selecting as main server BLUE SERVER. NOTE: currently the dashboard is disabled and will be back soon, to get information of when the dashboard comes up again join our DISCORD SERVER. I hope this have solved your doubts. I have deleveled your Tyrunt to level 99, i would like recommend you to let your tyrunt gets defeat by a wild pokemon to make his happiness decrease, log out for a minute, log in revive the pokemon and level up again, that should make your pokemon evolve. i hope this have solved your doubts. have a great day, Nezuko

Unfortunately we can not recover your data about your pokemons and money, your badges are on Gold server, you can continue from there or we can give you the option to RESET all your story, but you will lose your badges and you will have to start again. The Small Ms medallion, Ms medallion and Big Ms medallion are tradeable, the Mini ms medallion was gave to the users when we got problem with the servers to apologize with the users, for that the Mini Ms medallion isnt tradeable and this medallion if you active it will be up for 3 days. If you changed server using the monthly server transfer you will have to wait 30 days to transfer your account back to silver for free, if you would like to transfer it right now you will have to pay 100 coins through the option in the dashboard. Sometimes when you merge your account from Red or Blue server your password gets unsychronice and you need to reset your password, so please reset your password through the option FORGOT PASSWORD and you will be able to log in again.
