To get the email to recover your password you need to put the USERNAME, not the email on the option forgot password, as you can see in the screenshot you showed it says any users exist because you putted the email not the username. They are working in a new code because it is not possible anymore to work on the currently code. This means the mostly of the currently bugs will be fixed with this new PVP update, but for that our Developers will need be fully concentrate on the rework. Regarding the guild island, if you got the guild island in silver and you decide to transfer server you will not get access to the guild island in Gold server.   10. Greetings, @Sumunaik670 Sorry for the inconvenience. It can be that chipset doesnt support PRO since that chipset only support Directx9 and can make conflict with the game so we are not 100% sure of it. I hope this have solved your doubts. Have a great day, Nezuko

Unfortunately we can not recover your aipom since it got deleted due a server crash and your aipom got rolledback since your aipom didnt have an ID, and without an ID that pokemon doesnt appear on our database, i hope you understand it and i would like you see this quote:
