I would like to inform you that we don't refund items that are lost in wild battles versus Pokemon that use Switcheroo/Thief/Trick/Covet. We didn't refund the items for other players in the past and it would be unfair to do so now. I hope you understand. You can try to get a new lagging tail from the digspots in-game or from one of the following Pokemon who can hold it.   9. Hello @Shinichan, I asked our content scripters and appearantly it's impossible to reset the quest or just give the taken items back like that. It's not possible because the quest is not coded like that, I am sorry to tell you this. This means that you have to catch the Heatran in order to get your rare candies and masterballs back, like everyone else. Check the tips and guide shared about how to catch it in the Legendary megathread. Gyarados and Snorlax do really well for the quest, try to use one of those. Tip: You can catch some Pokémon in the cave in order to revive your level ~60 main Pokémon in case it gets defeated in a unlucky way. I hope the provided information helps you. Good luck.   12. Hey @Endlesspain89, I am sorry for the caused inconvenience. It seems like you were unlucky with the occuring server crashes. It happens sometimes to users, not a lot but it happens. Sadly we can't reset the cooldown of the boss, so you would have to wait 24 hours. I checked it myself and there shouldn't be anything wrong with your account. I hope you don't disconnect again, but if it does, please report it. I will contact a content scripter and make sure they look in it. Hope this cleared some stuff up for you. Kind regards, Contrary

  14. Hello there, I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience you went through. I would like to inform you that you CAN turn off move animations in-game!   21. Hello @damonsalvat1, I am sorry for the caused inconvenience. I see you are being unlucky with capturing and rerolling your legendaries, I understand the feeling. I truely do, since I am a player aswell and my legendaries aren't that great aswell. Anyways RNG is a part of this game. Sometimes the Pokemon you catch is good and sometimes they come out bad, it is just what happens. I can tell you that there is nothing wrong with your account or anything on our side about it. @Allsmell made a correct calculation that being this unlucky is actually possible, there are more players who are facing this type of RNG. thanks for the calc allsmell I guess you needed to lose some steam by making this forum post, what is totally fine.
