It's true you can't encounter event forms from pinkan , exca and headbutt. Headbutt is shiny locked too. You can encounter shinies in guild island. No idea about forms tho ( i never encountered one ).

I would like to suggest a common cooldown for celadon daily quest. It have been suggested in past too but no response from Devs. At least add a cooldown time checker. It's hard to remember the time you did it last. Hoping for a positive response this time ^
