With the change of The Second Rule, players may not use inactive accounts is the main focus here, shown in the example from the Main Post: As such, if there is an account used as storage for a guild, someone has to take ownership, but as many people as needed are allowed to access the account, although this is not endorsed by Pro Staff. Hello @Charizard274 . Currently, the server is in Maintenance. If you are in the PRO Official Discord, you can check the Announcements Channel for messages from the Staff Team, or you can DM the Reborn Discord Bot with the command ^up to check the status of the servers. As crashes or maintenance occur, please refrain from making a forum post, and make sure to stay tuned to the Announcements Channel in the event that there is extended down-time. The post is very vague, so may you answer these questions so I have a better understanding of the situation? - What server did this occur on? - Can you remember the In-Game Name of the person you traded with? - Can you remember the Pokemon or the ID that was lent? - Can you remember the estimated time that the lend trade was suppose to last for? - Can you remember the estimated time remaining for the lend trade when you returned it? Hello @jackGODT. I'm sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused. It seems as though you have not defeated the Sunnyshore Gym Leader. The 8th Badge in Sinnoh is required to use Waterfall outside of battle, so to climb that waterfall, you will have to defeat Valkner and earn the Beacon Badge. Please continue on with the story as usual until then. Please let me know when you receive the badge and if you are successfully able to climb the waterfall after receiving the badge. Hello @keto97. I'm sorry that you have lost contact the user. Through our tools, a user by the name of Riitoox had traded you the Tangela with ID 27725466 on December 20th GMT +0. I recommend sending them a message on the forums, letting them know that you had lost contact with them, and continue to look for them in-game. For the future, I recommend writing on a notepad or text file the name and Pokemon of customers that buy your services. Hello @SchnitzelFreak1 . I'm sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused. Have you tried Restarting your client, and leveling up again? If you not, can you try letting your Wartortle be defeated in battle once to lower the happiness, then try and level him up again? Hello @SirSmokealots . As mentioned by Waleed1301, you would have needed to have already captured Darkrai in the previous Halloween Event in 2017 to obtain the Pumpkin Form of Darkrai. If you did indeed catch Darkrai during the 2017 Halloween Event, then you can talk to the NPC named Spirit-weaver Ariadne in Necropolis, shown in the screenshot below. Otherwise, the Pumpkin Form is not obtainable for other users currently. I hope the information provided was able to answer your concerns regarding the Pumpkin Form Darkrai. Hello @hauvirgo . I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. I had this post moved from its old subforum as it was in the improper place. Make sure to place your thread in the appropriate subforums next time. Before, there was a string of cases where some Pokemon would disappear when being sent back. From checking our tools, it seems as though you had quite a few Pokemon lent to this user. Can you give me the ID Numbers of the Pokemon that you had lent to Ling00? Also, how long was the lend suppose to last? I'll be waiting for your reply ~Straubs -

Before posting a Support Thread, please make sure to read THIS THREAD, as it contains common problems and issues and their solutions. If you are trying to connect to the game, have checked that the servers are online, and still receive the Cannot Connect to Server message, can you please completely reset your router and connection, and let me know how it goes? Also, based on your issue, you can read this quote from the thread and find the solution for you. A possibility is that your Internet Connection may not be strong or stable enough to be connected to the servers. Do you happen to disconnect or are unable to connect to other online games or web pages beside PRO? I hope one of the solutions work for you.
