  1. I have received that this was a bug for all mimikyu when disguised was bugged. This bug is currently fixed, but for the mimikyu caught before the bug was fixed, it doesn't consider as a caught data. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. You would be able to get the caught data when you catch a new-mimikyu.
  2. Hi, @cyb0rg1337 As mentioned above you have to defeat Umbra inside the Dark Realm quest in order to do the Mega-Gengar Stone quest. There is a boss named Horon located at the Dark Valley. (Top of Necropolis) Defeating this boss will reset your Dark Realm in case you have something forgotten there. Note that you must defeat him without having any of your pokemons faint. If it's your first time defeating Horon, you'll only receive a Halloween Rapidash Mount, so you'll have to defeat the boss one more time in order to re-enter the Dark Realm. We can offer you an un-merge so you can re-merge correctly. But you would lose 1 hour of your game progress you played in Gold server.   15. We restored your game process to the point where you can re-catch darkrai right away. (1x master ball has been added to your inventory) You can now go to Alucard Castle 3F and re-catch darkrai. After re-catching darkrai, you'll be able to receive your locked IV reroll.

  21. Can you try the following procedure? 1. Delete PRO and all PRO related files 2. Flush the trashbin 3. Re-download the game at this link First check if it crashes or not. If it crashes, please try the additional procedure and check once more - Update your Display/Graphical Drivers - Update your Windows Version - Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus - Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space I'll be waiting for your reply.

  24. Your account was some how bugged and you couldn't receive an IV reroll chance. So, we can offer you this procedure if you agree. 1. Delete your Darkrai (The ball you used to catch your Darkrai will be refunded) 2. We convert your account game process to where you can re-catch Darkrai (You should not battle Horon !!!) 3. Go re-catch your Darkrai, you'll be able to use the locked IV reroll ticket I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. I'll be waiting for your reply.
