If the crash wasn't your net problem, there is nothing you can do about it, since as mentioned above the crash should have been resulted due to server or code problems. The only way is to wait until the server gets back on by Developers. I hope this answered your question.

(The nerf was done more than an year ago) Long ago, jet skies were faster compared to other mounts like magikarp mount, shiny gyarados mount etc. But now, all mounts have the same speed except the wailmer mount. Hi, @Darahati. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. There could be two reasons for your problems. First, there was a lending bug recently where the return time is a bit messed up and the owner received the pokes longer than set time. (Not sure if this problem is fixed already) Second, the lend time ticks doesn't count when the server dies out. (So the actual time when the pokemons returns to the owner gets extended) You will get your pokemons back, it will just take a bit longer than the set lending trade time.
