My account will login to gold server but not silver.

Hi, @AshleyWinter. As mentioned above, old red and blue server merged into silver and yellow server changed its name to gold. In order to recover your previous account info from blue, you have to merge at the dashboard. Try logging into the game after merging and see if your problems are solved. That explains your situation. You shouldn't leave the place for all double bosses like shary&shaui, or it will considered as a loss. I believe that a dialogue shows up to not leave the place when you are near the exit door.
