Another idea would to be instead allow a confirmation window if you want to close the window. Alongside that, remembering what PM you had last open before a disconnection/logout without manually leaving it yourself.

Default is White, Membership is Green, Staff is Cyan/Teal, then there are symbols above the player's head when they are in a Guild set by the leader(s) - no color change applicable. Then, to help understand who is what part of the Staff, Apprentice have APP in chat, then there's TMOD, GMOD, etc.

Honestly, I find Membership worth it. Yet, the price it is at, not so much. Unfortunately, at this rate, I will not continue it towards a third month. I really expected the hype of the newer items to die down by now; prices following suit. Depressing, really.
