Yellow replied to Ayanokoujy's topic in Shiny and Special Pokémon - Cross Server
Hi @Ayanokoujy Your auction ended - with Voidwarrior's bid of 8M winning the auction. Please organise the trade with @Voidwarrior at your earliest convenience and upload evidence of the trade to close your auction. -
SOLD - Shiny Scyther Auction
Yellow replied to Ayanokoujy's topic in Shiny and Special Pokémon - Cross Server
Hi @Ayanokoujy Since this is your first time, I have helped you out - we don't usually do this, so please before making your next auction ensure that you have read and understood the trade and auction rules carefully. If you have questions before you start you are more than welcome to ask a member of staff to help clarify these for you, but you may always come back to what I have done here as an example. To clarify, this is what I have done: Updated the end time of the auction to 4:29AM BST (GMT-3). This auction was stated to last 24hrs, and this was valid on your first post which was posted at 7:29AM GMT+0 (4:29AM Brasilia Standard Time). This must be honoured and therefore the auction end time has been changed to reflect that. Updated your initial post with the correct auction format. Merged your two threads and deleted any unnecessary posts to help make things clearer for your potential buyers. Updated your post regarding Ailakien's bid with the proof of bid. Moved this thread to the Cross Server auction - you had one post in Silver, and one in Cross Server, but the auction actually began on Gold - so it was totally in the wrong place, but since you have offered it as a Cross Server auction this must be honoured. For any further bids you receive ingame, please post evidence of these bids on this thread and update the Current Bid amount and bidder in your initial post to reflect the current status of the auction accurately. I will check in again closer to the end time of the auction to ensure that it all comes to a smooth close. On this occasion, no ban or punishment will be applied to your account, I can understand this can be tricky for first timers, but please ensure that no future mistakes are made, these will result in action being taken as this has been quite thoroughly explained and you have had a great deal of help to get you set on the right track. Again, to repeat myself, if you are not sure, you are welcome to ask first. -
SOLD - Shiny Scyther Auction
Yellow replied to Ayanokoujy's topic in Shiny and Special Pokémon - Cross Server
Hi @Ayanokoujy As per the Trade Rules and Auction Guidelines, your auction must show proof of bids (if received in-game, you must upload the screenshots of the bids to the forums) and must follow proper format, you are missing both a specified start and end time. Please also show evidence of your start time if this was started by first bid or by other means, to show what your end time is based on. Please update your thread accordingly, failure to do so will mean that your auction is not valid, will be null and avoid, and a trade ban will be applied to your account. -
Hi @Godofsneks This thread has been locked as requested. If you would like to make a complaint in future, you are welcome to do so in the Complaint Area. Stay safe and take care.

Problem opening the luncher after the 15/02/2021 update
Yellow replied to B4vett's topic in General Support
Hi @B4vett The password that is required is the one used to unlock your user account. Is this the password you are entering? Also - be aware that whilst you type your password, you will not see yourself typing, it will look like nothing is happening until your password is entered. Have faith and type your password anyway, and then press enter. -
Error trying to download the new PRO version on MAC
Yellow replied to Nickproplayer01's topic in General Support
Hi @Chellydile The "com.apple.quarantine" bit is used to allow the application to bypass notarisation and Gatekeeper checks by forcibly removing the application from the quarantine list. In doing so, your device does not check for or protect against any malware that may be piggybacking on the targeted application that would have normally been flagged up by the aforementioned checks. As with downloading anything from the internet you should always be cautious of the source, this is why we suggest that when you download the PROClient again, that you do so using the DDL link - this is a direct link and the safest source we can give you. I would really strongly recommend avoiding use of the Mega.NZ and Mediafire links to reduce the risk as much as possible. The xattr utility will only work for the specified application, so should you remove the PROClient.app file and empty your trash, or download multiple versions, you will need to apply it again for any additional or redownloaded clients. For additional clients you will need to change the name of the file targets by the xattr (e.g. PROClient.app > PROClient2.app). This is also a simple way to reverse the xattr, should you wish to do so. -
Hi @Davidclmusic Sadly there is some problems on Apple's end, it looks like it's happening as a result of recent changes since the Big Sur update. We will continue to work on a long term solution, but in the meantime, first ensure that your software is completely up to date (Big Sur 11.2.1) - this has worked for some, but not all. It also didn't work for me, but give it a go first. Following that, there is a workaround using a xattr. This is not the ideal solution, but the only working one right now. There are risks associated with using a xattr. Although this workaround will get you playing, educate yourself prior to using this command on potential dangers/issues to make an informed decision. Use this workaround at your own risk, PRO or PRO Staff are not liable for any complications caused as a result. I have created a video guide on how to do this, here is a step by step: Once the client is downloaded, expand the PROClient_mac.zip and move the PROClient.app into the Applications folder. Press ⌘ and space, to bring up the Spotlight. Search "Terminal" and press Enter to open. Input the following command and press Enter to run. sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /Applications/PROClient.app You will be prompted to enter your User Password, enter this and Press Enter. The change is now live. This will only apply to the specific app you have targeted with the xattr command. If you uninstall the client, you will need to repeat this process upon redownload, and for any additional clients. For any additional clients, you will need to amend the xattr command to include the name of the client - to do this amend the "PROClient.app" element of the command to the name of the application you wish to apply the command to. e.g. "sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /Applications/PROClient2.app" Close the Terminal. Visit the PROClient in your Applications, and Open/Double Click to run. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will do my best to help you. There are two other open threads where you can make a reply for extra support: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/170186-updated-mac-client-not-working/ https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/170216-error-trying-to-download-the-new-pro-version-on-mac/

Error trying to download the new PRO version on MAC
Yellow replied to Nickproplayer01's topic in General Support
Hi @Nickproplayer01 This is a known issue, and is being investigated by Eaty. I use a Mac also and we have been testing this from our side to see if we can find a long term solution. @DaRedAurel - you are correct that this works as a short term solution, when the ProClient is moved to the Applications folder, however when modifying extended attributes with xattr, I would urge you and other users to practice caution and to do so at your own risk. -

Hi @KJSulli This is a known issue, and we are working on a fix, another user had the same issue here. Once the issue is found and resolved, the lost data will be recovered. I will also forward your thread on to Eaty so that he is aware.

Hi @StuntmanMike09 The Alakazam, Venusaur and Poliwrath in your party have been removed and placed in your PC box. You should find that when you log in, your Totodile is the only one in your party. Once you are able to log in, please can you check that it is all looking correct your end, and reply to let me know? In future also, should this issue ever happen again, please use the Stuck In Party megathread.

Hi @frunk23 Thank you for sharing this. This has been shared with Eaty to begin working on a fix. The Tester team are also working on replicating this. Can you please share any other information you have? What Pokemon have you evolved, what ones have been affected, etc? Did you notice it with every evolution?

WilliWu's engagment event (can be closed)
Yellow replied to Williwu's topic in Unofficial Tournaments and Events
Hi @WilliWu Be warned that the Rules also apply on the forum, and any comments containing inappropriate language or insults directed at other players have been deleted. This is a verbal warning, continued behaviour and language like this will result in a formal forum warning being applied to your account. This thread has also been locked as requested. -
Hi @PeeDerpie I apologise if you feel that way. I have locked this thread for you as requested. With that being said, I made an extra effort to attempt to explain the rules to prevent confusion in future. If you'd like to run the auction again as new thread, please feel free to do so. Again, to help you out and ensure any auction you run will run smoothly, here is the auction format again: [Picture of Pokemon/Name of Item] Starting Price - not optional End Point - not optional This is the time the auction ends. There's 3 ways to do this: <No. Hours> from first bid. This is the most common type of end point. e.g. 24hrs from first bid. <No. Hours> from initial post. This means the auction runs from the time you create the thread. Set time. This must include which timezone and date. e.g. 11:59 GMT+0 Monday 8th Feb. Insta Price - optional This cannot be added once the auction has started and cannot be changed once created. Available Alternate Payments - optional This cannot be changed once created. e.g. Alternate payments: CC = 400K, RR Ticket = 800k, Nature RR Ticket = 400k. Minimum Raise - optional This cannot be changed once created. This prevents small bids, like 1k increases. You can set this to what you like - it makes sense that if you are selling a high value Pokemon that this number is larger, but ensure it is a number that you are happy to accept. This prevents any disappointment with lowball bids, but if you are happy to accept those, by all means you don't need to specify this. e.g. Min Raise: 200k I hope this helps. If for whatever reason, this still isn't making sense, and you'd like to sell your Delphox, feel free to DM me, I am more than happy to keep trying to help you understand so that you can run these in the future while protecting yourself and your potential buyers. Likewise I am happy to explain how this works in-game too if you need further support.
