Hi @ShinyCelebi I apologise if I did not make myself clear. The 48hr after first bid was the original post - the first one created for this thread. I also apologise for the frustration, and I understand it, you are entitled to it. Sadly in any poorly handled auction, more than one person will be disappointed. My hands are tied and we cannot be 3 winners. The issue I am trying to express, and perhaps did not express well enough in my previous post, is that the information publicly available at the time of the first bid meant that this auction was due to end at 9:12 GMT+0. This end time was later incorrectly updated, to a time that added an extra 58 minutes to the auction. Therefore that end time is invalid. From further edits, it looks like this mistake was realised, but further posts at XX:10 GMT+0 still set the auction end at the incorrect time. Again, this means that the end time is invalid AND contradicts two pre-existing end times, making it unfair on anyone who took part in the auction at this early stage (as they may set a timer to return, and lose out by an hour because of a mistake/typo/whatever it was). After this, a timer was set via a link - this too, was set to the wrong time which invalidates this end time also. Therefore, tracing any valid auction end times takes us back to the start of the auction. Again, I apologise, and it is because of these mistakes this confusion is happening - if you do not believe my suggestion is a fair and rightful solution, that's okay. I gave the option to refuse. We will deliberate within the team as to what is the best result given the stage we're at. I hope that this helps explain more clearly.

Hi all, As per the first edit of the post, the auction is 48hrs after the first bid: (Direct Link to Image) @zeus2705 When running an auction, you must to ensure this is clear at all times, to prevent this issue from happening. @Virgneel I don't believe it is correct to call a final winner for this auction yet as the information in the seller's post was misleading about the duration of the auction. The fairest option is to select a winner based on what was being advertised, and the information that was publicly available at the time. The clock app was set incorrectly, so we must look back further than this post - the last trusted and publicly accessible duration notification about this auction was this post below. This post actually incorrectly stated the end time was in 26hrs (it should have been 25hrs02m from this post). This leaves us in the position now where no bidder and even the seller had full clarity on the end time of this auction. (Direct Link to Image) With this in mind, and if participants are happy to do so, I can revert this auction to the way it was at 9:12 GMT+0, which was the initial intended end point before posts were edited. From here, we can treat the auction end fresh. This means that this will be the current bid. Since it was made at 9:02GMT+0, 10 minutes before the auction end, it would have meant all bids until 9:27 GMT+0 were valid. This would need to be replicated in the same way. I am happy to keep watch and ensure it is fair. @ShinyCelebi @8man96 @Virgneel - please clarify you are happy with this?

Hi all. This was the first bid, received at 9:12GMT+0. For clarity on the timer - there will be 15 minutes added to the auction for every bid within the last 15 minutes of the auction, and refreshed again thereafter for each subsequent bid. Essentially what this means, is that until there is a 15 minute period of time with no further bids, this auction is still ongoing. This is the most recent valid bid:

Hi @mistake92 The question asked in the original forum post was "is it legal to buy an account for pokedollars?" which is absolutely against the rules. Offering story services for in-game money/items/Pokemon however is another question entirely. In short, if the payment is something you can find in-game, it's permitted, if the payment is found outside of PRO, it's absolutely not and is Real World/Money Trading. If there is no payment involved and you are gifting the account, this is fine, but you must be aware that this counts towards the 4-account limit. I hope this helps!

Hi @PROMasterFai and @mistake92 Story/Quest Services are completely legal services within PRO in exchange for in-game money, items, Pokemon or even can be offered as a gift. For clarity: "Story/Quest Services" specifically means that you have made an agreement with a player, who wants you to complete Story or a Quest on their account(s), the intention of completing the quests and returning the account after. With that being said, there are a couple things to be aware of: To protect yourself and your accounts as either a buyer or seller, please take screenshots of all trade agreements made and any conversations regarding the agreement. If someone is giving you an account, that is complete with Story progress, for in-game money, items, Pokemon (etc) - this account will then become your ownership. This is especially important to take note of, as you may have a maximum of 4 accounts. If the intended/requested payment for anything in-game (including, but not limited to: money, items, Pokemon, services) with Real World Money or Goods this is what we call RWT/RMT, please see Rule N°4 of the Game Rules for more information on this. I hope that this offers some clarity for both of you. I will leave this thread open for the time being - f I have not explained any aspect of this clearly, please ask any questions so that you can offer your story services with confidence.

Hey @Fjabio An update: Wal has taken a look, and he cannot find these RCs on either server, but I'd like to assure you that you sent these correctly. What this means, is that Metroid will need to get in touch himself for us to investigate this further, I'm happy to pick it up if he would like to tag me. I suggest that he does so through the Complaint subforum as it is private. I will lock this thread, as in terms of action you can take from here - there is none, really. Hi @p3ki Not to worry - please be more mindful in future as this is incredibly important when handling auctions as mentioned in the Trade Rules and Auction Rules - this rule is in place to help protect both you and potential buyers. In regards to Kocchi - as mentioned, I have sent them an in-game notification to contact either you or myself to claim the Pokemon. I will give them 24hrs to reply and check back. If in the meantime, you speak to Kocchi and you are not able to resolve this directly, or if you have any questions, please make a report (with screenshots of any conversations with Kocchi) and we can take it from there. I will lock this auction as closed, as there is no need for it to be open any longer. -

Hi @Fjabio This is correct, yes! I will still wait on Devs, so that they can confirm it is in his mailbox on Gold. Essentially what has happened is, that you sent the RCs on Silver, but your friend predominantly played on Gold at the time. Your friend transferred to Silver after you sent the RCs, which should mean that the mail transferred too - but I'm not 100% sure and I don't have visibility myself hence why I would like Devs to confirm before I ask your friend to spend time progressing on an account they currently don't use.

Hi @p3kiand @FreddyCoop Do you have any evidence that you can upload to prove FreddyCoop was the rightful buyer at 5M? I cannot see any evidence a bid was made during the auction from this thread. Edit: I have spoken with FreddyCoop separately. He confirmed that the only bid from him was made once the auction was over (the one posted here). Since Kocchi is the official winner of this auction at 4.5M, I have sent them an ingame notification to contact you or myself, P3ki. -
Hi @Fjabio I have flagged this with Devs, who will check this more! I can confirm you sent it to the right person, but Metroid server changed since, which likely means that the RCs are on his account on Gold now. Devs will confirm that this is the case, and if so, it will be Metroid's responsibility to retrieve the RCs.

Hi @ofnitty Can you answer a few questions for me please, so I can take a look into this for you? Which server was the trade on? Which Pokemon was it? Do you have a screenshot or ID? Can you tell me why you need to return it and what the agreement was when Gangstarr gave you the Pokemon?

Hi @JONY224 As per the Trade Rules you cannot go back on a deal once it has been made, therefore you must complete the training service before you return the Pokemon, or you can explain to the player directly and ask them if they would be happy to take the Pokemon back. Be aware, if they say no and they still want you to train the Pokemon, you must do it, and they will be within their rights to report you if you do not complete it. I recommend that you finish the service that you have already agreed to, and just know that this isn't something you enjoy and don't offer it again in future. I will leave this thread open for your reply.

Hi @Pinkky The only thing that can be done is that both auctions are voided completely, as this was poorly handled and no rightful winner is determinable from the evidence received or made available by admins. I will lock this thread and you may begin the auction again when your trade ban expires. If you would like to appeal you may do so here. I appreciate your apology, however I would like to resolve who is the rightful winner of this auction. Can you tell me who was the final bidder and how much for when this auction ended at 01:41 GMT+0? Do you also have screenshots of the bid?
