  1. Hi there @Orunmila. Apologies for the inconvenience. As you've discussed with Walross already this was something added in the most recent patch due to some of the problems it caused within staff. Hours do not transfer anymore when use the server transfer function. I'm afraid that there isn't much more we can do to help with this, your playtime is still on the other server. Do keep in mind that you should keep issues to one post only and bump your thread every 24 hours unanswered rather than create multiple posts. Have a nice day.
  2. No problem. To put it in a simple way those bans are applied when the rule is broken and someone has too much accounts. They aren't just given out randomly, as investigations is always part of the process before applying a punishment. I'm afraid that this is a much as I can personally share. It is not my domain of expertise and I cannot share any sensitive information. Although, feel free to let me know if anything is still unclear.

  4. Hi there @vanhxxzz13. Apologies for the inconvenience. This commonly happens when your anti-virus program see's certain files in PRO as a menace and decides to put them in quarantine. In order to play you will need to either white-list pro in your anti-virus detection settings or disable your anti-virus altogether. Let me know if anything is unclear.
  5. Hi there @Ash123ketchum. Thank you for the taking the time to make your post. You are indeed right when you mention that the two other accounts do not belong to you. They belong to your friend and consequently, do not count towards the 4 account limits imposed to each player. You are also entirely allowed to log in on his accounts, given that in your case he gave you permission to. As long as you have 2 accounts there should be no problem with your making 2 more accounts if you wish to. Your friend account's will not be counted in your own limit. Let me know if anything is unclear.
  6. Hi there @hellcallerpain. Unfortunately there is no way to change the original trainer of a pokemon. It will always be the username of the trainer who caught the pokemon in the first place. Let me now if you have any other concern.
  7. Hi there @sandro111. Apologies for the inconvenience. Your friend will have to create a temporary account (or use another of his account if he has one) to access the forum. He will then need to make a thread in the general complaint area so that we may assist him/her in the issue he's/she's facing. Unfortunately we are only able to give out account details to your friend directly, seeing as it is sensitive information. Let me know if anything is unclear or if you have any other concern.
  8. Hi there @Ireeeene. Apologies for the inconvenience. Could you try accessing the command bar by pressing the F2 key, proceed to write the following command into the bar and then press enter ? Keep in mind that this will reset your settings to their default values. Let me know if that fixed your issue.

It looks like you are missing some conditions to get Jirachi, which includes : Having at least 210 evolutions (You only have 39) All possible Kanto, Johto and Hoenn Pokemon caught (including Mew and Celebi + seen Data for all other Legendaries needed) Unfortunately those requirements are mandatory in order to complete the quest. If you're unsure of the must-have you may take a look into our legendary megathread Just as a general tip make sure to post questions/potential bugs in General Support or in the bug resolution center.   13. It looks like you missed a step after beating the boss Lawrence IV. You must first speak to the 2 sages on the lightning island here : After speaking to them you must collect the lightning orb from the crash site Your quest is proceeding as intended so unfortunately we cannot teleport you out, you will have to at least complete this portion before being able to return. You can use the Legendary guide as a reference if you are lost or don't know what to do next.
  14. Hi there @MORFETA. Unfortunately what you are describing is not a bug but rather a feature of the quest. In order to leave the island to get a pokemon with Shadow Tag you must speak to the Slowking located on the main island. Since this is not a bug we cannot teleport you, you must speak with the Slowking. Let me know if you have any other question or concern

Hi there @ryugancuk Considering the fact that the quest requires you to interact with the proper sounds and that they are given randomly, I'm afraid that there isn't really a way for your friend to do it by himself. The only way for him to do it would be to use another person that would hear the sounds, for example he could stream the game directly and the person could help identify the sound. Another alternative would be for someone to use his account during the time frame to complete this part of the puzzle. Let me know if you have any doubts/concern, have a splendid day!
  19. Hi there @binks420. Apologies for the delay! The time at which you can access the Zacian/Zamazenta is shown following the GMT+0 timezone. I would recommend simply looking up on a time zone converter for your own time. Canada has multiple time zones so yours might be different than someone else who also lives in Canada. It's not necessary to create multiple threads or tag other staff members if you were already answered by another. You can check your notifications (or the threads directly) to see if you got a response as doing multiple threads. If you don't get a response after 24 hours minimum, you are allowed to bump in the same thread. Regarding the thread moving this is my fault, I picked one of the threads you did and moved is to a private area since that's where we deal with those. Didn't know that you had logged yourself out of forum and didn't had access anymore to the thread. If something similar ever happens you can pm me directly, I could have handled it directly.
