Hey there @joseluisestrada. Apologies for the delay. The bracelet mentioned is the mega bracelet available in vermilion library. You must show to the assistant in there a pokemon that has the following requirements : - Has a mega evolution (You can check for those here) - Fully leveled, ev trained, and happiness at max level Let me know if anything is unclear. -

Hey there @darkdevil567. Apologies for the delay. You should be able to re-access he castle by beating Horon, located in the Dark valley, under the condition that none of your pokemon faint. Let me know if that worked.

I completely understand your frustration but just with the amount of issues currently around the event there's only much we can do. We aim to respond as soon as possible, depending on what or what cannot be answered without another team's intervention. In your case (and others) there's most likely an intervention needed from the side of Content scripters. An issue like this can be quite complicated to identify and fix in a short amount of time, especially due to the other bugs around.

The outfits are given before ending the quest so that's unfortunately not an indicator of whether or not you completed those parts. Looking at your variable it looks like you did not completed the mountain part. Can you return there and assure that you've completed everything and got the gem from this part ?

Hey there @killermap apologies for the delay and the inconvenience. You should be able to respawn your Darkrai by beating Horon while having none of your pokemon fainted. Can you try that and let me know if Darkrai is back in Alucard Castle ? Looking forward to your answer. -

You are only allowed to bump it after being unanswered for at least 24 hours; please do not overbump your thread. Bumping multiple times throughout a day will not help for your case to be resolved faster in any way.

The issue around Alucard/Dark realm/Horon are new of this year and the team is still investigating the possible cause in order to fix it directly. I've forwarded your munna issue so that you may get a pokemon, will let you know asap once I get a response.

Looks like you need to whitelist the PRO client in your system. You can do so by clicking while holding the "Control" key. You should normally get a prompt that asks if you want to (or not) open the application. These sort of issues happen because PRO is fanmade and hence not recognized by apple official detection system for malwares.

There is currently no fix available and might not be worked on immediately due to the low priority of the issue (Since it's just visual.) Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.

Hey there @Mosimosi. The issue has been fixed in an optional client release. Keybinds shouldn't reset anymore with this client. Let me know if I can help with anything else.

Hey there @hesara. Apologies for the delay. If my memory serves right you still have to finish the quest in the Dark realm even if you just beat Umbra. You will then be able to continue the quest for the Gengarite part. As a side note I would recommend that you recruit all the possible pokemons in order to have an easier time during the following part. Have a nice day.

Hi there @Ewi. Apologies for the inconvenience and the delay. Can you try to beat Horon without having any of your pokemon faint ? This should be the normal procedure in order to return to respawn Darkrai. Let me know if that worked.

Hi there @Kalzioh apologies for the inconvenience and the delay. Having different server data shouldn't cause any issue with the reset password function, neither should it interfere with the merge. Can you tell me the name of the accounts you are looking for ? As a side note it's easier to do a post on forum in order to receive answers to issues like these. Neither staff or discord moderators offer private support and only staff members have the tools to verify merge, email or similar issues. Looking forward to your answer.
