  1. Hey there @Hannan12 My apologies for the inconvenience. The reroll ticket is only obtained after the first streak of 40 wins against the suspicious-bot and not for the subsequent 40 win-streak. After this is accomplished the reward for the 40 wins becomes a Nature reroll ticket and is only obtainable once every 7 days. You'll be able to obtain a Nature reroll ticket 7 days after you beat it the first time. I hope this answer your question, Have an happy new year!

  5. The only item that is both owned by you and similar to a choice band is a focus band, none of your Heracross are holding any item. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but for this case we cannot issue a refund, due to the fact that even after multiple checks done by us the choice band cannot be found anywhere. Furthermore, you cannot prove that you ever had one and we are unable to replicate this issue. If you do find some supporting evidence to prove your claim, feel free to make a new post and include it so we can look into the issue once again. Once again I'm sincerely sorry, I hope you understand why we cannot issue a refund. This thread will be locked as I cannot help further into the issue. Have a nice day nevertheless!
  6. Hey there. Unfortunately as I mentioned by looking at your inventory it looks like you never had one in the first place. The only similiar item you have is 2x focus band. Regarding the issue mentioned as said by Norex this is the normal behavior, vitamins can only be upgraded past the 100 ev point so everything here is working as intended. Your account had been wiped during a red server wipe because it had been inactive for over a year and had less than 10 hours in playtime (3 hours in your case). This specific wipe was done in order to ensure the server stability. Unfortunately because it was wiped we cannot restore the data. We would offer an account reset for such issues, but I've seen that you restarted your adventure on Silver by transferring servers.   16. Hey there @Vonhoenheim97 My apologies for the inconvenience. I was unable to find the charmander you mentioned, could you please post a screenshot of the charmander in question ? As Norex mentioned, using super-effective move has no effect whatsoever on the effort yielded by the pokemon. Pokemons will give a different effort value and you train a pokemon effort values by defeating the specific pokemon that gives the desired value. You can see which values are given by each pokemon here. Since you trained it fully in Attack it's possible that you reached the cap of maximum effort values, which is of 510. In that case you may also use reducing berries in order to re-train your charmander. Let me know if you have any further question. Have a splendid day!
