Did you have a disconnect or logged out when you talked to the Bidoof the first time and then was asked to use one of the locked IV reroll tickets?

Have you spoken with the shiny Bidoof located in every port in all region? You also must be on the right server where you have completed your WQs.

Hey there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The gender of your Ralts does not determine which of its evolution you can use during the fight. When the quest starts, the NPC will ask you to catch a cow or bull. In this case Miltank or Tauros. After you submit a Miltank, you will follow the Gardevoirite quest, and submitting a Tauros, you will follow the Galladite quest. Unfortunately, you have to complete the quest with Gallade now. If you have any doubts about the quest, please check the guide out. You don't necessary need to train another Gallde. If you have an old one with your OT you will be able to use it.
