Hey there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could this be due to a black out? Once you black out through losing a battle against a trainer or wild encounter, you will lose 5% of your money. The money you would lose at the worst is however capped at 50.000. Kind regards, Exotyc

Hey there! I'm really sorry for the inconvenience and the delay. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any refund to the items or money you have spent. It would be unfair towards the other people who had a similar situation in the past and accepted their loses, if we restore your items & money and not theirs. Thus, I would like to show you some ways on how to get money effectively. You can try to make your money back through dig spots, which will require a 150+ happiness Pokemon (3 day cooldown), rebattling trainers (7 day cooldown), and hunting Pokemon that people may pay a lot for it. If you’re unsure to attempt the ideas listed above, you can also check this money guide out. With that being said, I hope you understand it and once again I'm sorry that we cannot refund any of your loses. Have a nice day!

Having a PC or laptop is very essential. It makes it easier to navigate through our tools, answer threads and moderate ingame. Some stuff can also be done with mobile, however you can't only be on a mobile phone to do your duties. I hope this answers your question now.

Hey there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I've checked your account and you played 107h on the Blue server. The Blue & Red servers were merged together into Silver. Hey there! First of all, PRO staffs don't do any price checks on a Pokemon while being logged in on their staffs accounts as it can affect the economy. However, it's possible that revealed staffs, playing on their player account, do price checks or sell Pokemon on their own interpration of their prices. For Discord mods, they are free to do price checks as they don't count to the staff team and are normal players, who moderates over the PRO discord sever. I hope I could clarify everything. Hello @soydark I'm sorry for the inconvenience. What is your issue exactly? There is no windows 7 downloader on the download website. You have to either choose 32-bit or 64-bit which depends on your windows system.
