  2. Hey there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot restore the Reroll Ticket for you. This is due to we denied such requests in the past and it would be unfair towards to the other players, if we restore your Reroll Ticket and not theirs. Furthermore, there were several announcement made that the servers are currently facing connection issues. We also cannot verify if the issue is in our end and your's. We completely understand it's very frustrating, but we’re always trying to improve the server stability but crashes are unpredictable and can happen anytime. We try to compensate as much as we can (Several world quests in a month, free Safari Weekend, more Outbreaks..) I hope you understand this, and I wish you a wonderful day! Kind regards, Exotyc

  6. Hey there! You can buy 50 casino chips for 250k pokedollars every 24 hours. With these casino chips you can then play quack jack up to 10 per hand, and if you win the chips are converted to casino coins that can then be exchanged for fairly good prizes (50 coins beldum with the nature of your choice, 25 coins porygon with the nature of your choice, ..., 10 focus sash for 15 casino coins, 5 rare candies for 20 casino coins, ...)   9. I've received an answer from a content scripter: You need to play Quack Jack to try to win casino coins, and in order to play Quack Jack you need to spend the Casino Chips that you bought for 250k. Although, the dialogue for the chip seller was wrong. It has been fixed now.
  10. I'm sorry for the delay. I've talked with a content scripter and it seems like you haven't got the dialga seen data yet. To get it, you first need to find the adamant orb in one of the three locations and then interact with the dialga statue.

  14. Hey there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The Karate Master at Mt. Silver has a 24 hour cooldown and not 2 hours. The 2 hours only apply for the Team Rocket NPCs. I hope this clarified everything. Kind regards
