I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
It looks like you've just merged your old Red account to Silver and then transfered your account to Gold, which you should not do as this can cause some problems to the account.
However, you don't have to worry about since you haven't traded yet.
In this case, you tranfered back to Silver again.
In order to fix the issue, being not able to login to Silver, please reset your password in the Dashboard. Your password should contain only alphanumeric letters (Letters from A to Z and from 0 to 9), because sometimes different/special characters in your password might block you from login.
