  3. Hey there! I'm really sorry for the inconvenience and the delay. If you encounter client issues such as crash, freeze or client lags. The first thing suggested to do in these cases is to delete all the old pro files and folders that you have on your device and then redownload the latest client from here. If the said procedure should not fix those issues, here there are other methods that you can try: -Use Wifi connection. The game has unfortunately issues connecting with mobile data. VPN is also an alternative -Contact your internet provider to know when they have a downtime or if you are experiencing unstable connection If the listed solutions above didn't fix the issue, I recommend to check the ANDROID - CRASH FIXES GUIDE out. The first thing suggested to do in these cases is to delete all the old pro files and folders that you have on your device, including the temporary files (https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles) and the trashbin, and then redownload the latest client from here.   10. Hey @LightbulbIsSour! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. In order to fix this issue, you have to reset your password in the Dashboard. Your password should contain only alphanumeric letters (Letters from A to Z and from 0 to 9), because sometimes different/special characters in your password might block you from login as Keita also mentioned above. Furthermore, I would like to tell that you don't necessary need to completely disable your antivirus program. You can add an exception for PRO to your antivirus/firewall. However, there hasn't been found a solution to the weird glitch where there is a discrepancy between the client exp + level calculation and the server.
