    Saludos, @Vanglard Disculpa las molestias, El error fue ocasionado por un bug temporal que ha sido arreglado por nuestros desarrolladores. Puedes volver a desconectarte en batallas contra pokemon salvajes sin perder dinero. No obstante, no se te teletransportará a un Centro Pokemon, reaparecerás en el mismo sitio.

As explained above by Norex, if you use Destiny Bond, survive a turn and then use another move before the opponent is able to defeat you, Destiny Bond will not activate and it will fail as shown in the video. Unfortunately this is not a bug and thus, we cannot compensate for any loss experienced in the Boss Fight. Kind regards, Kvar

  6. Greetings, @Karuizawa Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to deevolve a pokemon as we do not have the tools to do so. There is nothing we can do to assist you further in this case. You can still obtain a Shedinja the next time you evolve a Nincada with atleast an empty slot in your party and a Pokeball in your bag. Kind regards, Kvar
  7. Greetings, @Alexii Could you try the following steps? Let your pokemon faint in a wild battle. Restart your entire client. Heal it in a pokecenter and defeat pokemon until the Evolution prompt triggers. Let me know if this has worked for you.

  9. Greetings, @DARKNESSKINGS Additionally to having fought Red, you need the Caught data of 120 pokemon out of the 151 in the First Generation Pokedex. For example, you need to catch as many as possible in the Pokedex numbers from 1 to 151. You can talk to Professor Oak or check your Pokedex to see your progress. Furthermore, you need 38 Evolved Data in your Pokedex, which is displayed at the bottom of the Pokedex Page. After you complete these requirements, you'll be able to access Trainer's Valley
  10. Greetings, @Orunmila When you unlock excavations for the first time, you must pay 100k to unlock them via the Excavation Quest. After this payment, you only need to pay 2.5k pokedollars to access each excavation. Did you maybe recently unlock excavations when this incident happened?
  11. Greetings, @laviter Unfortunately, this change has nothing to do with disconnects on Boss Battles. It is a bug fix to an error that came up in the last update where disconnecting or logging out in many NPC battles counted as a loss and the user lost money instead of just being teleported back to the last pokecenter with a money loss. It has nothing to do with your issue. The servers are currently stable and, as such, we highly suggest you check your internet connection and contact your provider.   14. Glad to know your issue was resolved This bug appears frequently when the user's internet provider is not functioning properly. If this error appears again, you may contact your local internet provider for further support. Locked as resolved.

  21. Greetings @Quant, You should be able to relearn the move Sketch whenever you do not have this move in your Smeargle's moveset. Learn four different moves and then try to relearn Sketch in the Move Relearner NPC as mentioned above by Norex and Yamikazee. Please, tell us if this has worked for you.
